My husband lives at this community and it has been a great experience. The management team is commendable, especially their warm interactions with residents. The food is surprisingly good, with options that I actually want to eat myself. They offer a variety of activities that keep residents engaged, even if my husband can't always participate. Overall, I feel he's in a safe and comfortable environment, and I would definitely recommend it to others seeking care.

My father lives at this community and this is a beautiful and wonderful community. The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. They are also respectful, knowledgeable, and always responsive when I have questions or concerns. In fact, the Director even asked if she could visit him once while he was in the hospital and that was so sweet. It was going above and beyond that the Director would find time in her schedule to visit him. The food is also very good, the activities are very good and meaningful to the residents, his room is always clean, and the transportation is excellent. The staff though is the shining star. They are outstanding, caring, and kind and if it wasn't for the Director of Nursing he wouldn't be alive today and would have died months ago. Overall, I love this place and am just so grateful that my father has the opportunity to experience this community.

Mom lives at the community and I've recommend it many times. They have an exceptional staff and I'm especially pleased to have them in our camp. Management is knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. They have two principal chefs and they do an excellent job. The extraordinary energy from the lady running activities lights up the community and I couldn't do it without her. Her unit is also very well maintained and cleaned. The grounds are well maintained and the building structure is in good shape. The care staff is responsive, I see them all the time, and they keep us up to date on things when there is a change. She feels safe and comfortable there.

We are satisfied with this facility for our friend. It's a very secure facility and she can't wander away. The management has been very responsive to us. I have noticed in my comings and goings that there is a lot of activities for the residents. She enjoys the meals she has there. It's a well balanced diet for them. Her caregiver is the most wonderous person. She takes care of all of her needs. The laundry is great, the cleanliness of the place is great. I've had several occasions to talk to the Medical Director there and interface with the med techs two or three times a week. They make sure that she gets all of her medications in a timely manner. If there is anyone in the same condition as our friend and needing a place to live we would recommend this community.

This community is just outstanding, they are the best in the county! They have wonderful meals and activities. The care staff has a call system and they average about three to five minutes per call which is just excellent!

They treat my dad and everybody in there like they are their family. They are there to help and very impressive and they took care of my mom until she passed. There is good food and his room is spotless. The building is well maintained and the care staff are so attentive to him and his needs and his medications.

The management staff are outstanding. They have bent over backwards. From the point my mother moved in we had to move her rapidly from another facility and they were phenomonal in getting her moved as quickly as possible. The staff at this community is just wonderful. The nursing staff and med techs are wonderful. Everyone is always on top of everything and on top of my mother's medications and assisting her with her daily activities. She did have a skin infection that the nursing staff identified immediately. My mother loves the food and there are a variety of activities and the residents are joining in if they want to and they are always encouraged to. The facility and my mother's room is spotless and the laundry services are excellent. It is a wonderful facility and I am so so grateful that we made the move there.

The facility is nice and there is a lot of stuff. There is activities, engagement, there is a lot there. We moved my mom there from another facility and she is very happy. The management are accessible and I like the fact that they are right there during the work week. I've seen them interacting with the clients there and with family when they come in. Plus, everything is clean in there, my mom's room is clean. It's well taken care of and I would recommend this community to others.

The management team were always friendly and receptive. The facility was clean and they were always prompt and they are very respectful and very knowledgeable. When my dad declined they suggested that we contact Hospice and they did. The original Hospice team that came in apparently was not the same team that usually comes to the Ridge. The team there checked on them and they didn't think things were going well so they found another Hospice team to come in and take care of my dad. They are very attentive and responsive. My dad truly liked the people that were providing him care. They were top notch. They were very attentive and they were always respectful. They were very concerned about his blood pressure before they gave him medications. Sage is very, very attentive and Elaina the nurse was very responsive. We were very happy. There were a lot of activities going on and people were engaged, the housekeeping was great and the building was well maintained. We would absolutely recommend this community. It was a very good experience.

It is a great place to stay. They've done a great job with all the residents, especially with my mother. We've been very happy with them. Mom's room is always very nice, picked up and vacuumed. It always smell fresh and good in the whole place. The food is good and they always have activities going on for those that want to participate and a variety of things to do. We are very pleased with where mom is. They've just been great with everything and I would recommend this community to others.
