What communities ask us
Is it really a flat fee?
Yes. $39 a month for each of your first 9 communities, and $29 a month for each community after your 9th. For example, 9 communities cost $351 a month and 10 cost $380. A year costs the same as 10 months. There are no per-lead, per-tour or move-in fees.
Will this bring us more leads?
We cannot promise a number. Families already look at your page; claiming adds the phone number, photos, prices and tour booking that turn those visits into calls and tours. Your results show exactly what comes in.
Does paying change where we show up?
No. Claiming your page never changes search results or county lists. It never hides or edits state records or testimonials. You can reply to testimonials and to state findings, and your reply shows beside them.
Is there a free option?
Yes. You can claim your page for free to confirm you manage it and correct its facts. Your phone number, photos, prices and inquiries need a paid plan, and you can upgrade any time.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. Your page goes back to the standard listing at the end of the period you paid for.
Who does the resident surveys, and who sees them?
On yearly plans, our survey team calls your residents until 10 at each community have finished a survey about daily life there: what they enjoy and what could be better. We set up the calls with you first. The answers come to you only and are never posted on Lilisity. If a resident is glad for you to share their words, you can add them to your page as a testimonial.
How do you confirm we manage the community?
With a code sent to an email address at your community's website domain, or a phone call to the community's public number. If neither works, our team confirms it by hand.
