What We Do
Rather than relying on voluntary online reviews, Senior Living Alliance interviews current residents and families at partner communities nationwide by phone. We publish their perspectives in their own words, paired with community details, public quality data, and educational articles, so you get the full picture before you tour, not just after.
How It Works
Senior Living Alliance conducts satisfaction surveys at member communities. Resident and family interviews are transcribed verbatim to produce the testimonials you see here, and each testimonial is verified before it is published.
