We picked this place for mom because we liked the staff and environment, and the residents we talked to were nice and friendly. The price is fair and in the ballpark of other places. The Director told me everything that would take place, and it did. The food and service is very good, and they help each of the residents order different things. They do their best with activities and provide things for everybody. The laundry and cleaning of her apartment is great. Everything runs well and she knows how to run the air conditioner. The care staff call me at times and I am appreciative of both, their attitudes and care. She feels safe and comfortable there, and I've already recommended it to friends. No question about it.
