My mother-in-law lives at the community and I’ve been really happy with how everything is going. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always respectful, and communication has been great. Her room is kept very clean, laundry is taken care of, and the building and grounds look well maintained and welcoming. There are lots of fun activities, like socials and special events, and she hasn’t complained about the food. I feel she’s safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
My spouse stayed at the community and I was very pleased with the experience. Management was clear and helpful from the start, always letting us know what was going on. The staff are kind, respectful, and always there when needed. Housekeeping and maintenance did a great job and kept everything in good shape. The activity calendar is full, the building looks welcoming, and I truly feel my spouse was safe and well cared for. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The management is great and make sure everything is taken care of, the food is like a 10 star restaurant, and the price is very fair. In addition, there is a lady in activities that is very good and hands on, the place is kept clean, the housekeepers there are always doing something, and the care staff is good. The staff here are exceptional and really go the extra mile. They are incredibly personable and talk to my husband about their families which makes this feel more like a community rather than a place where they are just being taken care of. They also provide good food, good activities that are appropriate and good housekeeping. The staff is johnny on the spot to fix issues and clean up messes. They are also very responsive to anything that we request. For instance, he had a mattress that he was sending back and the company let me know the morning it was getting picked up that it had to be rolled up and put by the front door. The maintenance man got on that right away. Overall everyone really cares and does a wonderful job.
Whenever anyone asks about how my uncle is doing, we always say that he is very happy there. It is a comfortable and clean community and we feel he is safe. The healthcare staff seem be very attentive and they are very responsive.
