My interactions with management have been just fine and they were quick to respond to a billing question I had, they know who likes their coffee this way or that way, they have a lot of different options in activities amd the woman who runs activities is always trying to get people to come out. In general, I've been super pleased. His room is always clean, they do a good job keeping up with his laundry, and I've been super pleased with his care there.

My husband lives at this community, and I am very satisfied with his experience there. Anytime I need to get in contact with management they are knowledgeable and accessible. The dining has recently improved, and the dining service and menu variety is very good. The activities director has such care and compassion for all of the residents. She is a very nice individual who dedicates herself to her job. They are very attentive to things that need to be addressed.
Everything was good during our experience here and the staff treated us very well during the whole process. The food was good, the care was good and there were plenty of activities to do to keep her busy. Overall everything went very smoothly.
I think they are very blessed to have the activities director that they have at the moment because she is excellent, very caring and compasionate. The current maintenance man that they have is wonderful. I've had a few requests for my husbands room and he has been very prompt. The care staff always responds right away.
It is very likely that I recommend it. It is actually the best place in Uniontown and that is why we moved her there. Virginia is the nurse and I believe that she has gone above and beyond that what is expected or required. Plus, the management staff are very easy to get along with and helped us in every way possible to make it a smooth transition into the community.
I think the girls do a really fantastic job. They go in and joke with her and spend time with her. She isn't left alone a lot. When she was home, she was left alone a lot. She sometimes says that she has too much company. It is a good thing for her. She is kept busy and she is a lot happier. She is a joiner so that is good. The building is wonderful. It doesn’t smell when you walk in. It is decorated nicely.
