I picked this place for mom because it was welcoming, warm, inviting, and clean, and I'd be very happy to recommend it to other people since she has moved in. The service overall has been outstanding, management has been extremely nice and responsive, she is complimentary of the food, she is pleased with her housekeeping and laundry, she likes the maintenance man, and she is happy with the care she is getting. She is comfortable there.

My mom lives at this community and she gets great care here. The staff do an excellent job and manage this community very well, the food service is excellent and my mother loves the food and eats very well here. In fact, she has gained 20 pounds since being here. The dining room is lovely and beautiful. They have tableclothes and flowers on the tables and nice place settings. It is like fine dining. They also have something going on for the residents and bring entertainers in for them. They have a very full schedule with things like bingo, arts and crafts, games, and exercise. They also clean my mom's room once a week, and they keep the building always clean and well maintained. In the summer there are beautiful flowers and shrubs. It is very appealing and they put out benches for people to sit on. In the winter everything is shoveled and well maintained. Overall, my mom loves it here. This is a lady who wouldn't leave her home but she is happier now than any other person here.

My aunt lives at this community and she has been here for seven years. I believe that she is still alive and well at 104 years old because of the care she gets here. The staff are always available and get back to me quickly when I call, and they make accommodations for the residents. The activities are also very nice, her clothes are always cleaned on a timely basis, and the building looks beautiful and well kept. They decorate seasonally and it really looks nice!

Mom has been there many years and I wouldn't have kept her there that long if they didn't provide excellent service. I'm satisfied with her accommodations and I couldn't ask for better care. Management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. There is variety on the menu and they accommodate her at dining. They have bingo, musical events, and other things. The building has a very homey and inviting atmosphere, and it's something that attracted us to the place. I've been to other places and by far, this one is the best.

My father lives at this community and it is good. They serve food that my dad enjoys and he can always get something else if he wants, they have a lot of varied activities that stimulate the residents, and they keep the building looking really good and clean all the time. They also have a therapy dog and a community cat. That is nice because it just adds a nice touch to the community. The dog is so well trained and my dad loves that dog.

The management here are just kind and you can get along with them and they are helpful; they are just a good bunch. Also, I am very happy with the food. It is really good for an institution, I think. It is tasty and good and the staff is very good, very nice and very helpful. Lastly, they always are trying to have some activities for you to do and they are always interesting and fun.

It's just so positive to have staff that is attentive and an environment that is condusive to mom's age and inspring her to do activites. The staff is amazing and I've not seen anyone that hasn't gone out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. It's great and I'm pleased that at 94 mom can experience this lovely environment.

I think everyone are very aware of the needs of the residents. The personalities are warm and friendly and I think everything is organized very well. They share information regarding things such as covid, etc., immediately so I've been pleased. The menus they present for the residents are healthy and they have so many different activities, including bingo, exercise, arts and crafts, singalongs. So, I think they do an excellent job of that. When I've had to have my aunt transported for different appointments they've been kind, cordial and on time. Any time I've had to have conversations with the nurse or medical aide on duty they've been helpful and informative. They've taken the time to call me back if I've called. The aides joke with her and are very warm, caring, make sure she looks nice and they check on her regularly.

They have a large range of activities, the place is always very festive. Plus, the care staff is phenomenal and so patient. Also, I do want to comment on the animals being there, the dogs and the cats, I think that is wonderful. I just think it is so welcoming when you see the animals being taken care of so well. It just provides more of a home atmosphere.

My aunt lives at this community and if I ever get into the position to go to a home, I'm going there. Management is caring and good with all the residents. The food has always been excellent and there is a good variety offered. They do outstanding with activities and the lady in charge of them is super. The housekeeping is excellent and laundry is good. Maintenance staff do anything you ask them for and the common areas are maintained well. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. In general, she feels safe, comfortable, and she is getting the proper care.
