“I had a wonderful experience at this community while transitioning my aunt. The management was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the process so much easier for us. The dining options were diverse, and my aunt always seemed happy with her meals. They offered a variety of engaging activities, and the staff truly cared about the residents. The place was always clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment.”
“My aunt lived here and we had a fantastic experience. The management was incredibly kind and always ready to help, making the transition so much easier. “My mother in law lives at this community and the staff is very polite and do a nice job of keeping us informed. They serve good food and the activities are really good. She is happy here and we are all pleased.”
“My parents live in this community and the first reason we went to look at it was the location and then after we went on the tour the facility was very welcoming and decorated nicely and very clean. When we were touring it we were expecting to hear that the cost was much higher than it actually is, so that was great, and the apartment is exactly what they need. Plus, the management team has always greeted us, answered any questions we've had and it just seems like a very well ran facility and my mom and dad have said nothing but positives for the meals. One of the things that drew us to this commuity was how clean it was and just overall, we've been very happy.”
“My parents live at the community, and it has been a great place for them to live. The management are super responsive. They care about their residents, and they know them all by name. When you walk in they'll greet me by name and know who I'm with so they are very attentive. I've seen the care staff interact with my folks here, and they do a great job. They really care. They can tell differences from day to day. They give feedback to the family, which is very helpful to us, so we know how to manage their care with outside doctors versus day-to-day staff and so forth. It's very good.”
“My aunt lives at this community and the staff is fabulous. The quality of the interactions I have had with them have been good, they are tremendously helpful, and they are great with follow up. My aunt thinks the food is phenomenal and when I take her out she asks to be back for meals because she likes it so much. The amount of activities they have are also very good and they keep her as engaged as possible. They keep her apartment well taken care of, the maintenance staff is very responsive and helpful and I haven't been anywhere here that wasn't clean or in shape. Other places sometimes have funky smells but I haven't encountered that at all here. The care staff also keeps me well informed, they are well engaged, and they know how to redirect her. Itf they can't they contact me to help which is great. Overall I have no problems with the cost because I know she is safe and well looked after. I dont think we could have done better than we did in placing her here.”
“We chose this community because my mother-in-law was there for four years and then my dad has some friends that are there. We have been very, very pleased. We were pleased with my mother-in-law's care and now my dad's care. Every time we go in there all the workers address us by our names and everybody knows who we are. It is like a family type environment. That makes me feel good every time I walk in. The management staff has been very helpful, very nice, personable and you can talk to them and they are knowledgeable. The healthcare staff have been very good so far. They call if there is a change and they are very courteous. They are very good at getting back to us. The one thing that we really like is that they have so many staff members. The food and dining has been great. They have been very good with him. My dad has had some trouble eating but they go out of their way to get him what he feels like he can eat. That has been very helpful. My dad is busy with activities. I see the calendar every month and it seems like they have a lot of stuff if you are able. They could keep you busy every day. The housekeepers name is Linda and she does a very good job. She is very personable and very nice. The building is very well maintained too. We would definitely recommend this community to others.”
“We chose this place because mom really liked it and the friendliness of everyone made a big difference. Management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. The dining menu looks good and the servers are fantastic. She has done a few crafts and they have enough activities going on. Maintenance staff respond promptly and healthcare people are proactive. She feels safe and comfortable there, and I've already recommended it once.”
“The management of this community have been nothing but helpful and they have been there every step of the way when we have needed them. The healthcare staff have been terrific. They have been kind to my aunt and patient with her and good to her. It has been really, really good. She has had a much better transition then we thought she would have. They seem to be knowledgeable and they are helpful. We have had a few questions here and there but they are very patient and always get back to you. My aunt really likes the food and she loves the variety and she tells me that everyone is very nice. Her apartment looks great. She gets the cleaning done every Friday and it looks really good. We do her laundry which works out great. We love that she has a washer and a dryer in her apartment. The building and common areas always look cute and it is decorated and anytime we have had a problem with anything the maintenance staff have been right there to fix it. I have already recommended it to ten people. I do think that it is very important who the people are that you have in charge. When I went in and sat down with Sheila she was the first person who really listened and really heard me. She gave me really good ideas and she was not pushy and very helpful. I walked out of there and it was the first positive visit I had out of six places. I feel that it really important who the people are that you first talk to. The rest of the people there have been terrific too. That is what made me have the courage to look into it. If I would have known I would have done this six months earlier.”
“My mother absolutely loves everyone associated with this community and I do too. It is so nice to walk into a place and the upper management knows my name and they know my husbands name. It makes me feel good about having my mother there and my mom feels comfortable going to them for things. The staff are absolutely respectful. Anytime anything happens the care staff or nurses immediately send me an email or they call me. My mom absolutely loves getting out to do the outings for lunch and dinner. She likes noodle ball and the chair yoga. She likes all of the activities. She also goes on the group shopping trips if there is something on her list that she needs. She says that the vehicle and the driver are very good. In regards to the housekeeping, my mom absolutely loves Connie. Connie takes good care of my mom's place for her and makes the bed and comes every week. My mom has nothing but good to say about her. The maintenance man is very responsive to calls when she asks to have things done and the building looks good. We would recommend this community to anyone.”
“The staff here do a wonderful job and are very friendly, available and communicate very well. They are great. They also offer activities for people at all levels, they offered food that my mom liked and they keep the building looking very nice and well maintained.”
“I compliment the owners of the community. The staff here is wonderful and everybody takes good care of you. The care staff is excellent and the management always keeps everybody informed about what is going on. They have plenty of activities and there is various stuff going on all the time for people. Linda, my housekeeper is a wonderful lady and she does a really excellent job keeping the place in good condition. I would really recommend this community to anyone.”
“My parents live at the community and it's working out for them, which is the most important thing to me. The management have my parents' best interest in mind, they're easy to work with and they get back to me quickly. They're happy with the dining and they're satisfied with what is offered. They have someone come do laundry for them and that goes well. It's really a nice, well maintained and immaculate looking place and I'm pleased with what I see when I go there. Overall, they feel safe, comfortable, I feel very positive with what is going on, and the community does a great job of getting my parents to where they need to go.”

What these terms mean
Licensure survey citations: These citations are a result of Ohio Department of Health annual licensure survey findings. Inspections, “surveys,” are conducted by the Ohio Department of Health every 9-15 months.
Complaint survey citations: These citations are a result of Ohio Department of Health complaint survey findings. Complaint surveys are investigations completed by surveyors when complaints are received by the Ohio Department of Health's complaint unit. The toll-free number for registering complaints is 1-800-342-0553.
Ohio rule 3701-16-04: ODH inspects each residential care facility at least once before it is licensed, then at least once every fifteen months, and at least one unannounced inspection is done every fifteen months.
Ohio publishes these as two counts per community; it does not say here which years they cover. The state’s detailed survey page lists each inspection and citation. The Navigator lists no license numbers; this record was matched to the community by name and address. This community is licensed for 210 residents; larger communities are inspected and cited more often, so read counts with size in mind.
