My father lives at the community and I’ve been extremely pleased with his experience. The management team is always available and answers my questions quickly. He really enjoys the food and says there’s plenty of variety. The staff keeps his place clean, laundry is handled well, and any maintenance needs are taken care of right away. The grounds look neat and welcoming, and he’s become surprisingly involved in activities. It’s definitely been worth the money.
My father lives at the community and I’ve been incredibly impressed since day one. It feels like a smaller, boutique-style place, so it’s easy to navigate and has a very welcoming vibe. The staff communicate clearly, are very professional, and made both of us feel comfortable right away. The dining room looks like a nice restaurant, activities are engaging and fun, housekeeping and maintenance are prompt and thorough, and everything feels clean, cheerful, and safe.

My mother lives in this community and it gives me peace of mind and I don't have to worry about her. They have been very receptive, very concerned. The month of November my mother was not feeling well or doing well, everybody at that facility stopped me to ask what was going on with mom. She wasn't getting up or doing this or that. They were just as concerned as I was about her. She isn't a fussy eater and likes the meals that are offered. She participates in a lot of activities. She is really happy with her housekeeping and is on a schedule for every Tuesday. The care staff is fabulous and they call me if there is anything going on and I believe they have a nurse there on site 24/7.
They do a great job of maintaining high quality staff. They are very approachable and always address any issues that I have. I know all of the nurses and they always adress any issues with me. When I come in to take my mother to an appointment, they have all of her paperwork ready for me. I don' know how they do it all!

They are the most professional and polite staff I have ever run into. They make the difference, and that's a good thing. The management team is very efficient and friendly, and they go out of their way to help. We chose the facility for my mom because of the people and staff, and we'd recommend them to others.
My husband has been at this community for two years and the management and healthcare staff have been so responsive to every one of our concerns and they are 100% respectful and knowledgeable.. The management operates the facility in a very resident centered way. It is very important to me that that leadership is there and if they weren't there it would not be the same place. The quality of the food is very good and the activity staff seem to really want to please and provide for the resident's interests. There are a handful of residents that like to play cards and I see them playing cards all the time and they just love that. My husbands apartment is always clean and they keep up with everything as far as laundry and the maintenance man is very good and very prompt. I actually have recommended this community to other people. They need to keep the leadership they have.
Mom lives at the community and they treat her like family there. Management is very nice to her and nice to us. The dining room is clean and people get assistance with food if needed. Staff try to get residents involved in activities and they're good about it. Maintenance staff is right there and does anything you need done. Transportation takes residents places and the vehicle looks good. They have enough care staff and they're always checking on her. I always tell people these places are only as good as the people working there, and the care there is very good. She feels safe, comfortable, and we actually have the third person we know moving in there now.
I live at the community and I recommend it to people. I've been here more than 5 years and the current management is very good and proactive. We have a real cook and we get home cooked meals. The activities are what we can support and they involve the residents. The housekeeper I have is very detailed, reliable, and conscientious. The maintenance man is reliable, responsive, and his knowledge is broad. The care staff is very good, and that goes for nursing and the Nursing Supervisor. I feel safe and comfortable here.
This is a fantastic facility. The management is attentive, communicative, responsible and sensitive and the healthcare staff are responsive and responsible. They communicate well and they treat her well. I can't say enough positive things about it.. The food is varied and nutritious and I think more then decent. The servers are very good. The housekeepers treat my mom very well and the maintenance staff are very responsible. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
We picked this place for our father in law to be closer to him, our whole first visit was incredible and since moving in, he is just flourishing there. We've had an excellent experience with management and think they're amazing. The food is good and he always tells us that. We follow them on Facebook and we've seen him out on an outing and decorating for Christmas. The housekeepers wash his clothes and bed linens, and his place looks wonderful. The head maintenance guy is excellent and communicated with my husband multiple times before the move. The healthcare staff is respectful and accessible. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable there.
