I live at the community and the management here are very nice. They definitely listen to me and are very good. Also, we have some very good aides here and some good med techs; I have no complaints with the staff at all. They are very good and very considerate! Plus, the person that does the housekeeping does a really nice job and the building does look well-kept and welcoming.
We are really happy with this facility and mom is happy. I've said to her, you are warm, safe and you're getting decent food and the medical care you need, so I really feel like it's nice.
