The management team feels like family, always accessible and responsive. The dining options are excellent, with a great variety and lovely servers. There are countless activities to choose from, so boredom is never a concern. Housekeeping and maintenance are top-notch, always prompt and helpful. Overall, I feel safe, comfortable, and truly valued here. I highly recommend this place!

From the moment I arrived, the staff and residents made me feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious, with plenty of options, and the activities are engaging and fun. I love that I don't have to worry about housekeeping either. Everything is well-maintained, and I genuinely feel safe and comfortable here. I highly recommend this place!

I live at the community, I'm satisfied with the services and I'm happy here. The management is great and approachable. The food is good, they serve foods I like, and the service is great. I enjoy the activities and outings I participate in. The housekeeping and laundry services are very good, and my laundry is done very neatly. The building is well maintained, clean, attractive, and presentable. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. In general, I feel safe and comfortable, and my son and I would recommend it to folks.

Everyone who knows me knows that my mom is there and knows that I like it and my husband likes it and we are very appreciative that we have this sort of place to have my mom. I appreciate having the Sheridan available to us. I appreciate the staff and everything. Plus, she is safe and comfortable. That is probably the number one thing is the safety and the smiles from the caregiver staff. It is wonderful!

The staff here is amazing. They are hands on, they explained everything and they made sure the transition went as smoothly as possible. They have just been on top of everything and deserve recognition for doing a good job. They also provide food that smells amazing, they include my dad in the activities even though he isn't mobile and doesn't talk much and they keep the building looking beautiful as well as the landscaping. Overall the care my dad is getting here is good.

My mother just loves the activites, they keep her so busy! Today she had four different activities, a travel log and some king of St.Patricks day activity, she was thrilled, she couldn't wait to get there, and I was so thrilled that she was excited. I was there when the housekeeping came in and they did very thorough cleaning, I was wishing they would come to my house, they did such a great job!

The management staff are doing a great job making sure everything is working right here. They took care of me and got me moved in alright and everything went very smoothly. I like the fact that they have a monthly meeting for residents to give feedback. The food is very good and the menu variety is remarkable and with the activities, there is a lot of variety and a very full schedule for anybody that wants to participate in all of those different activities. The housekeeping staff have cleaned my apartment well and the maintenance staff are always helpful and keep the building looking very nice. I definitely would recommend this community to others.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my stay here. The staff here are all very invested in the residents and they are upbeat, helpful, efficient and smile all the time. They just do what needs to be done, they do it gladly and in a timely manner no matter how big and small it is. I just appreciate the service that they provide. They also provide so many activities and so many chances to be involved in things here which is absolutely wonderful. I get up every morning and thank god that I can be in a place like this because everyone is upbeat and cheerful and I am very grateful to be here.

The management do what they say they will do and they are very knowledgeable about every person in there. They are always accessible and the care staff are wonderful. They are involved with the people and do all kinds of activities. They have done a beautiful job with Mom and I can’t speak highly enough of them. I really appreciate all that they do.

Everything was nice here. The service staff was nice. You could always find something to eat on the menu. They were kind and I couldn't complain about any of them. They were just always helfpul and always had something going on in the activities area. They did a good job and were just a good group of girls. I couldn't have asked for a better housekeeper. She did everything I asked and the building was beautiful.

Out of all the places we looked and amenities they offered the value here was comparable to what we available, but this community was just so much better than the rest of then it was a no brainer to choose this place. Mom was very happy with the apartment. The management staff were very helpful. Anytime we needed something they were there, readily available with information, very helpful. The food is very good. She enjoyed it. They have an anytime menu mom could choose from. The servers were all smiling and very helpful. They were attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, clean and looking good. They offered lots of activities. She was able to meet some people and have a good time. The housekeepers are phenomenal. Mom's room overlooked the pool from the third floor. All the landscaping was just gorgeous. We looked at several places and this was just top notch. It's just a really good place and I was happy with it.

We chose this community for mom because it's an award winning community and I had heard a lot of good things about it. We felt it was a good fit to be around others her age and all the amenities. they offer. This community is phenomenal, it's a great place with great staff. We love having mom there and she seems very happy.

I live at the community and I've really liked being here. The value is good and my friends pay way more in other places. Management is always pleasant and make me feel good about asking the my questions. The dining room looks good, I am pleased with the food and I like all the service we receive. They have a lot of activities that pull you out of the apartment and we were down dancing recently with everyone. The housekeeping is convenient and the staff dust. Transportation services are always on time and we couldn't ask for a better driver. In general, I'm comfortable here and the workers are on point.

Julia, the director, is a very kind and supportive person and very helpful. Misty, the move-in coordinator, made the move in very easy and seamless and she was very responsive. The folks at the front desk have always been very kind and patient and helpful. They seem to be very caring people. They seem to care about every single person that lives there. I just noticed that with my father because. The staff there has been absolutely top notch. The food is excellent and I love that there is a set menu and there are things that change every day which gives people options. I really like that because it gives people a restaurant feel and it doesn't feel like you are in a senior center. The activities are set up in a way to really appeal to all residents. They have men's group for chit chat, if you want to go out and see something you can do that, they have wonderful arts and crafts and they even have fitness classes. For someone like my father he has the opportunity to make new friends and meet people that are like minded and it really helps to have that companionship. Plus, everything in the apartment is neat and perfect and the housekeeping people are kind and respectful and seem to go above and beyond. The maintenance staff did clean and fix little things in the apartment before he moved in. It was like moving into a brand new apartment. They also set up his cable TV and also the maintenance person showed him the censor that senses movement in the apartment. They made it easy to understand and were very patient. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
