Management is always willing to help and keeps me in the loop, which I really appreciate since I can’t visit every day. The food is genuinely excellent, like eating at a good restaurant. Staff are respectful and caring, the building is well kept, and I feel my cousin is safe, comfortable, and well looked after.

We picked this place for mom because of the building and people we were in contact with. The Director is a super nice, professional and courteous gentleman that told me himself he has an open door policy. Mom says the meals are delicious and the idea of the always available menu is a great option. The full time Activity Director has something every day for the residents, morning and evening. Every time I'm there, her apartment is clean, everything is in place, and my first impression of the place is that it was by far the nicest out of the three we looked at. The healthcare staff themselves are respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. In general, she feels comfortable there and says that everyone is nice.

The staff here is professional, attentive and courteous, they provide good quality and nutritional meals and they keep her room and laundry consistently in order. The staff keeps me up to date and they care well for my mother. For instance, they don't just place a plate in front of my mom but instead they make sure she is eating. Overall I am just very pleased with this community.
