The building is always clean, fresh, and welcoming, and her room is tidy and maintained quickly when something needs fixing. The staff are kind, patient, and very respectful with residents, and the dining room meals I’ve had there were tasty. I truly feel she is safe, well cared for, and getting excellent value.
