My mother lives at the community and I’ve been very pleased with her experience so far. The management team is knowledgeable and responsive, and every visit I find her room neat and clean. There’s a full calendar of activities that keep her engaged, and I often see her participating and enjoying herself. The staff communicate with me, seem to really pay attention to her needs, and she now feels safe, comfortable, and more content.
My mother lives at the community and I’ve been very happy with her experience so far. The management is easy to talk to, communicates often, and is always available when I need them. She enjoys the food and activities, and her room and laundry are consistently well taken care of. Maintenance responds quickly to any small issues, and transportation has been smooth. Most importantly, she feels safe and comfortable, and I’d highly recommend this place.

My mother lives in the community and she seems to be loved by the staff and caretakes. They all care for her and watch out for her. There is a very nice lady that cleans my other room and does a rather wonderful job! I am very satisfied, this is still the best place in town!
Everyone here is very kind, caring, responisve, accommodating and helpful. They all look at him like he is an individual who still has what makes him him even though he has memory issues. For instance, they understand that he has likes and dislikes that are different from others and don't make him join in in activities that he might not enjoy. They also provide him food that he says is gourmet, they helped set up his room when I couldn't be there, and they have kept the building looking nice and well kept. This place looks just like a resort.
The staff is very responsive and made the move in easy for us, they have good activities here and my dad's room is always neat.
The management are just great and I want to recognize them for November 11, Veteran's Day. They did a wonderful job pinning my dad with an award. That was really nice and he loved it. Also, I want to note that the building is clean and bright and friendly and everyone there does a good job!
The management is very good at communicating with the familes here. They have a good variety of activities and print them on a weekly calendar, big enough for the residents to read. I think the care staff is very caring, she gets what she needs and she gets her medicine on time. I know where I need to go if I need to talk to the nurse when I am there and they are always responsive
Based on the last place that my mom was at, the level of care is a lot better here and the activities are a lot more. The management are very responsive to my calls and texts, her room and her bathroom are always clean as well as the common areas, and she is checked on regularly.
This is a top-notch place and she's getting the highest care that she could get in Tampa. My stress level is reduced because I know she's safe. They text me periodically about how she's doing. It’s been great.
My mother lives at the community and I particularly appreciate the management and all of the Activity Directors. Management did an excellent job of preparing for the storm and they handled COVID outstandingly. Activities are entertaining, well planned and consistently offered. Housekeeping is satisfactory and the maintenance guys have always been available to address any needs we have. The care staff have been very attentive and from a nursing standpoint, everything has been good. In terms of the value we're receiving, when you include the management, staff and activities there, it's excellent and justified. Mom feels safe and comfortable there.
I think the management is doing a great job, they are always respectful and knowledgeable. They just painted the exterior of the building and the take care of it and maintain it very well. The care staff is very kind and does a lot of nice things for my wife. We are very likely to recommend the community!
We chose this community for mom because of its location and everyone has been fabulous! Angela, the one that helped make the move, has been fabulous as has the nursing staff. Top to bottom we've had no issues or complaints and are really grateful to have mom here. They are very good with communication. The food here is good and has a good assortment of choices. Plus, they do a really good job to make sure she's involved in all activities. It's been fantastic and I recommend them to others!
The staff here are all loving and caring and they really care about my mom. For instance, the chef has even come out to help my mom eat because she struggles to eat not. They are very hands on and they plan good activities to keep the residents stimulated and their minds active. The staff here is just great and very attentive. For everything that she gets the price is very fair. Overall this is a great place to live.
It's the best in town! The activities are good, the rooms are clean and the maintenance is helpful. The care that mom receives is exceptional and I would recommend the community to others.
