My mom lives at this community and the staff is good. They are always there for me when I have questions and they are knowledgable, caring, and helpful to the residents

My sister is at the community and for me, the day I walked in the door, the first impression I received was far better than other facilities. I think they are doing a great job! I think it is an incredible value and I have not heard anything negative and I know my sister is happy and she likes the activities very much and the housekeeping is great. Overall, she feels very comfortable and safe and in good hands with the care staff!

My mother has lived at the commuity for almost a year now, and she has had a great experience. Every department at the community works well. The management are very good, the meals look amazing, and when you walk in, and they are cooking it smells amazing. Plus, the housekeeping and laundry seems very good when we are there. Also, the care staff are busy, smiling, and they seem to do a very good job at what they are doing.

We've been very happy with the care that my mother has been given. They have a lot of activities for her and they seem to be very hands on. She always mentions that she is happy there and can't complain at all!

My mother-in-law is at the community and the management are very friendly. Everyone knows everybody and they help each other. I’ve never seen anything like it, it is like a big family! We ate lunch there and the food was great. Everybody was very polite and it was very good, we enjoyed it. I also think they do wonderful with entertainment. I just feel the place is not like a retirement home. It is a family home. They like to have the family meals together. They told her that she needs to come and sit down and eat together so that they socialize. It is a very good family environment!

My dad is at the community and the management were super cooperative and informative and they spent a lot of times with us when we were touring the facility. We were there multiple times and they were always very patient and very accommodating and worked well with my dad and were very attentive to him. We've been there multiple times to eat and my dad is enjoying the food. I've been there multiple times and it has tasted very good and there is a variety and it is healthy. Overall, he feels very confident with what they are doing and I think they’ve done a great job!

The complex is fantastic. Where it is located and the arrangement of it, it is a square with a court and a porch that they can go sit on. The circumstances of the environment are outstanding compared to anything else. They must have a recent new owner because he is there all the time. He is very much involved in the running of the activities there. She cannot see, she is almost blind and they read her mail. She can go up to the office and they will do anything that she needs.

I left the community because I got healthy again, but I had been there twice or three times before and I'd recommend it to people. Management staff was respectful, knowledgeable and accessible. The food was super and the menu variety was good. They had church services, games and activities in the afternoon. The housekeepers were good at their jobs and made sure things got cleaned. The interior looked good and transportation services were always conveniently on time. I felt safe, comfortable, and the care staff was good there.

From the upper management and all the way down to the care givers and the dining room staff they made it a very easy transition. It is a difficult situation and I have never been in that situation before but they made it very seamless and took a load off my shoulders. Barbara is a superior person. She really has been great at answering all of my questions. She helped me out through one end to the other and helped with my dad's transition. Natasha and some of the other staff in the healthcare department gave me tips on certain things for my dad's hygiene and what works well for him. They were able to transition the medications from Walgreens to the facility so that made it a lot easier for me The dining is great. He gets three hot meals a day and it is right next to him and it is very conveineient for him and they do leave out snacks for him if he gets hungry. The housekeeping and laundry is great. Every time I go in there everything seems to be clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend the community to others.

My mom has been in three different places and she didn't like them, when she came to this community it's been like a blessing to have her there. It's wonderful, she's happy and I know they are giving good care to her. I would recommend this community to others.

Every time I'm there the nurses are very attentive, they are kind to my mom, they seem able to engage and follow along with what mom's saying, which is what I have difficulty doing. They are always helpful and friendly and whenever I have questions they are answered. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff here is pleasant, gets things done quickly and is overall just super wonderful. They provide good food and they keep her room clean.

Management staff is respectful, knowledgeable and accessible. The food is great and the servers help her. The housekeeping and laundry services are good. She feels safe and comfortable there, and I'm happy with the value received.

My mother lives at the community and she is well cared for there. Management is responsive, able to help out and the front desk lady is a treasure. They have good choices at dining, the food is tasty and the service is friendly. They've been very inviting with activities and mom does get the daily schedule. The housekeepers are good about keeping the place clean and accommodate her. Maintenance staff helped hang pictures and they're quick. The care staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, things are working out value wise and the peace of mind has been a huge factor.
