Management is extremely responsive and keeps our family in the loop, which I really appreciate. Her room is bright, clean, and comfortable, and the whole building and grounds look well-kept. Overall, I feel she’s safe and well cared for here.

Every visit I see new activities and a lot of engagement with the residents. Her room is always clean, her clothes are fresh, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. We are very satisfied with everything, especially the apartment. I chose the room before she went in. It's a little corner unit with windows, and it's perfect. I felt it would suit her the best and she's been very happy with it! She likes the food that is offered, there is a lot of activities there, they take care of her housekeeping and she is thrilled with the laundry service.

They have very good activities such as bingo, games, and shows, they clean my room regularly and do a good job, and they keep the building and lobby clean and well maintained. We chose this community for my Dad because of the warm personnel. The management is calming and reassuring, the Activities Director brightens up the whole place, and Guadelupe is also like a rock star. She's very organized and responsible and I feel like she takes care of my dad like her dad!
My mom has been there since 2018 and the management staff are so dedicated. Joey is there and she knows everyone and she is engaged. You can tell that she cares. Lupe is the director of memory care and I can't say enough good things about her. She works so hard and she loves every resident and their family. Plus, the caregivers are fabulous. The ones that are there like Lucy and Chasta and Troy and all of the long timers are so dedicated and patient and they care. Also, the food is always healthy, they have activites daily in memory care, and I have to give a shout out to Louis. He does the holiday decorating and the décor of the place. He could do it professionally! He puts so much heart into making the place festive.
