The Woodmark at Uptown

Management is responsive to my mom's concerns and the maintenance is good. They respond quickly. They just did a whole major refurbishment and the building is really nice. The caregivers are tremendously helpful and call me to let me know of things that are going on. Overall she is getting the care she needs, she is safe and she is happy with her place. It is a good price for what she is getting.

My Mom seems pretty happy and things are going good. From what I see the activities are really solid. Every day you can do an outing or there is exercise or shopping. The building is nice when you walk in. It is nice to see it picked up or cleaned up. The care givers seem like they are really concerned. They check her out and make sure she has her medications. They do a pretty good job there. Everything seems to be up to par and consistent.

The care does a great job with me. If something goes wrong in my apartment the maintenance department will promptly fix it. The housekeeping does a great job in my apartment. The come every week and they also do all of my laundry. For the activities, you can pick the ones you want to go to. I am very satisfied with the food as well and the management has been great. If something comes up I feel comfortable going to them. I would recommend the community to anyone.

When we shopped around, it was one of the best places for the price. My mother has a good sized apartment, and she feels both safe and comfortable. Everybody is really helpful and treats my mom really good. The maintenance staff was able to help out with her TV, and the transportation works well. Every time I go, the apartment is pretty darn clean. My mom participates in a lot of their activities and enjoys their concerts. For Christmas, they took them to see the lights and they have arts & crafts too. The food is satisfactory and the management team is doing fine. Overall, I'm pretty happy with everything.

The care staff has been stepping up and helping my dad with every single need. They are prompt and have a schedule for him for his medication. The maitnenance team is thorough and informative on what they are doing. My dad loves the housekeepers and says that they are extremely thorough. They clean every inch of his apartment. He loves the laundry service, and his items never go missing. My father enjoys the happy hour. The dining staff will bring him items that are not on the menu, and I think that they offer a good variety on the menu. The servers have learned what he likes. I've been very pleased with their voerall management and how they are taking care of things. They acknowledge my dad and are always willing to help. They're rockstars, and this is such a great place. The staff was extremely accommodating, and my dad has everything that he needs.

The grounds look good. It's being painted, and they're updating the furnishings. It looks good, and it feels good. He seems to be happy with the dining staff, and I think the activities are good. The management is excellent. The general manager is very available, and she replies in a timely manner and addresses things. She definitely tries, and she's always visible.

The food quality is good, they serve it well and there is a good variety. The activities they do are pretty nice. Laundry and housekeeping are good and the caregivers do a pretty good job also. The front desk staff is top notch. They are great, on top of it, caring, friendly and are at the post all the time. They are the best part of this community and they have been here for a long time.

I know they try to have a lot of activities. She uses the transportation services for all of her appointments and goes to the shopping mall. They take her pretty much anywhere she wants to go. I feel she's being watched over and I don't have to worry about her.

We chose it because it was exceedingly nice and had a good price. Our family is very happy with the value. The healthcare staff keep track of everything, including medications. They're very nice and are really terrific. Housekeeping takes away dirty clothes and returns them both, nice and clean, so it's like magic. I look at the activity calendar weekly and they have good opportunities. Dining is nicely presented, along with good desserts and my dad is tickled that they automatically know how much cream he likes in his coffee. Overall, we think they're doing a bang up job.

She has everything she needs. The accommodations are great, it has good storage and a lot of cabinets. She enjoys the food very much. There is a lot of variety and freshness. They have a family buffet that is really nice. We are satisfied with the care and service that she is getting.
