The Wentworth at the Meadows

The administrative staff have follow-through and are very professional. They're really good with him. I've never tasted the food. But going by what my dad says, he says he likes the food. The healthcare staff does a great job checking in on him and keeping him clean. We are pleased with the services offered.

I chose to be here, it was not somebody else’s choice. The nurses are very good. Especially the head nurse, I really like the way she works with people and problems. I'm very pleased we the head director Terrell, he really makes you feel welcome like this is a community or a family. The maintenance team is terrific and work really hard to make sure everything is done. I'm very happy with them here.

It was a wonderful experience for my grandmother; she was right where she needed to be. They did a nice job with the remodel, it was all very nice. My grandmother received excellent care from The Meadows. They were kind, considerate, and compassionate. The staff was very good with my grandmother, very accommodating.

My mom's got good things to say about the staff. It's just great. All around it fits my mom perfectly. They're set up to be flexible, react to things, and pretty much do it right. It's an excellent place. It seems like they just bend over backwards to fulfill your needs. The activities are excellent. Seems like everybody's doing an excellent job. The activities are excellent. They have puzzles and do little art things, stuff like that with everybody. The main thing is there is a guy there who teaches an art class which allows her to use her talents. He's done a really good job with that art class as far as my mom is concerned. That's another thing where it was really important we got some proactive attention for her, and everyone's doing a good job. The attendants are fast-acting and they take care of things real quickly.

For the most part, I did feel it was a fair value. Management was fairly responsive. There were a few things here or there they missed or didn’t catch, but for the most part responsive and helpful. My mother seemed to enjoy her meals, but I never got any real feedback. The maintenance people were very helpful in the little things she needed here and there. As far as I know the care staff did a good job.

I did a lot of research and we visited three other facilities in the area. It is a really good place to be. Jennifer is phenomenal. She helped my parents get their apartment. She helped us through the paperwork and took us on a tour. The activities are really good. They knock on my parent’s door at least one time a day to let them know that there is something happening. They go the extra mile to make sure they have entertaining activities for the residents. The housekeeping is good. Maintenance has always been there when my parents need help. The building is very nice and is well maintained and clean. They do a great job keeping it nice. My mom has a few health issues and the staff has been very responsive and good. All in all, it's a good value for everything they are getting.

It is a lot of money, but you pay for what you get. Aubrey is great in management. She works with you. You can talk to her about anything and she takes care of things. The food looks fine. The servers are good and there is a good variety. The building is excellent. It is clean and nice all the time. The CNA's are great. They always know what is going on.

I feel better because I know she's safe. The management team is responsive to my calls and was very helpful during the move-in. I'm very impressed with them. My mom loves the food. She enjoys it and says it's great. She participates in some activities so that's a great opportunity for her to interact with others. Her room looks great. The place is very clean and appears to be well taken care of. There have been no repairs needed. Her room and the building are in good repair. I hope they keep up the good work.

We chose The Meadows-St. George because my stepmom was already there in Memory Care. I think the price is fair for the services my dad gets. There is a good variety of menu items to choose from and the service is good in the dining hall. They clean his room regularly. The laundry is fine. The freezer wasn't working properly in his refrigerator and maintenance brought him a new one the next day when he told them. The caregivers give him his medications and that's fine. They are coming in later now because he likes to sleep later.

We chose this community for my parents because they offer as much independence at the community as possible. The management team has been very cooperative and helpful and I dealt with Stacy. The food is excellent. The service is great for them. They thoroughly enjoy it. Their room is cleaned regularly and the laundry is fine. The building is older but it's in very good condition. The caregivers are very helpful and understanding. My father is also on Hospice so the caregivers are working very well with the outside agency. I think it has been a good value.
