The Wentworth at the Meadows

The Meadows has been a good experience so far. They offfer plenty of activities, but my mom doesn't participate. I've eaten there and found it excellent and when I've been there everyone has been respectful and kind. I am very satisfied with management. I think that healthcare is going well. They are providing her medication to her. All in all I am very pleased with the staff and services.

Maintenance has been great. Everything seems clean, neat, and organized. The caregivers have been really good. The price, services, the value is better than anywhere. I'm really happy with the care my mother's gotten there. She's fallen a couple of times and they've been right there to help her and contact me quickly. I have no complaints. She seems to be really happy there.

The front desk girls, Linda and Janet, are amazing. If I have a concern they always address it. My dad has used transportation twice and everything went well. The driver seems nice and I haven't had any problems with him not being picked up. The caretakers are also pretty good. My dad doesn't get out of bed and they are really great about encouraging him to get him moving. They are very kind and loving. Overall, it has been a good experience.

I think maintenance has been great. Management is very helpful and friendly.

I could not have done it without them. I was very impressed by everyones help with getting it it done on the one day I had before my mom moved in.. They were a god send." "There are more activites here than her previous community, she loves the music ones."

Management is doing very well. The food is good and the proportions are good. The housekeeping is great. My wife always smiles when the staff is around. Since she has been in hospice, the Doctors and Nurses are spending the extra time with her. They're very informative to me. Overall, The Meadows is doing an excellent job and the staff goes out of their way in helping her.

I can't say enough good things about the place and the people who worked there. Stacy helped us get moved in and made sure that everything was taken care of. Vicki and Jennifer were the contact people at the front desk, and they were wonderful. The food was exceptional. The young people who came to help during meal times were terrific and knew everybody's name. They did a wonderful job. Carol, the RN, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. We never had any problems with her. I have nothing but good things to say about the CNAs. They got her showered and dressed every time we needed. One of them even French braided her hair, and that was very personal They all helped with everything and I'm so grateful.

Anytime I've been in there with any kind of problem management is always there and ready to help me. They take really good care of my brother. They always seem to be friendly and nice. It is a good place. The times I've been there and eaten there with him the food was always really good. When I'm down there and the caretakers come in they are nice with him, very cordial, and they make sure he's getting what he needs. I appreciate all they do.

There are a lot of things for me to do. They clean my room very well on Wednesdays. The caretakers are all very good to me. They crush up my pills for me and label them. The maintenance men are great, I have been using them a lot to help me. I think it's been good for me.

I know the community has a lot of activities, but my father-in-law just kind of sits in his room and watches TV most of the time. That's a personal decision. I know he really likes the maintenance guy. He helped him put up some hooks. He also built something for his TV; I'd give him a high rating. I know they've always taken good care of him there.
