The Wentworth at the Meadows

I chose to move into this community because they had a good atmosphere from the second I walked through the door and the people were friendly. My room is adorable and I'm very pleased with it. I have a little dog and she likes the building as well. Management has been very good. So far the food has been very good and they're flexible. If I don't like what they're serving I can choose an alternative meal. They seem to have a very good variety in the activities offered. Housekeeping has been wonderful in cleaning the bathroom and maintenance has been very pleasant and willing to help with my repairs. The diver is wonderful and I think I am getting my money's worth here.

My dad was at another place and he needed more attention, he needs Memory Care now and so far I'm very happy. One of the reason I picked the Meadows is because when I had to put him somewhere, I did go over there about a year and a half ago and thought it was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. When he did finally need to go there, it was just as good, I was so impressed with how clean it was. The management staff are very nice and they understand. Of course I think it's very expensive but he's worth it, to me it's worth every dime as long as he's being taken care of and watched over. I absolutely love the nurse there and all the CNAs are very nice, everything is excellent there.

We just moved my brother in because of the availability and location, it's a familiar area to my brother. I think the housekeeping is good, and before he moved in maintenance replaced a broken water heater in his apartment. I think the management team has been really good, very helpful. We already have recommend it.

My dad lived at this community for over two years but moved out because he needed a higher level of care. Management would call to let me know of things like if my dad fell or if he needed special care. My dad loves to eat and never complained. He put on weight there so the food must have been good for him. His room always seemed to be really clean. The community was fairly new and maintenance kept it up pretty nice. If my dad had to go to the doctor, transportation got him there. There was always staff around. I always saw staff there.

My parents have lived at The Meadows for 7 months and I think they're getting a good return. It covers just about all of the essential needs that they have at a reasonable price. Management is very responsive and very attentive to details. The food and service seem to be excellent and my parents have said over and over, "I haven't had a bad meal here." Housekeeping has been working out very well. We appreciate housekeeping using that opportunity to periodically check on them to make sure they're doing well. They also have a good variety of activities and my parents seem to enjoy them.

My wife and I just liked the feeling of the place and moved in a few weeks ago. Everybody in management seems to be very friendly and very concerned about your needs at the community. Everytime you ask for maintenance or assistance they're here right away. I would definitely recomment this community to others.

We got a recommendation for The Meadows because the administrator at another facility had a friend who lived there. It's great for the value and it's the best locked down facility I have seen. My mother seems to enjoy the dining. The maintenace has been helping us so we're good there. Overall, she's doing fine.

I feel good about the value because I moved them to Connecticut since it's significantly cheaper there than in Utah and I was pleased with the service I have received for that amount of money. In terms of activities, they're really good at trying and have been responsive with reminding my parents. Their rooms look clean and the shared areas also look really nice, so the appearance is one of the things I really liked about the community the most.

The Marketing Director, Stacy, was phenomenal, she answered all our questions, she showed us everything we wanted to see and after we decided to make the move, she was there with us the whole time so we never had any second thoughts. She was fabulous. They've been great with maintenance, care and housekeeping. They're doing an awesome job there, it's excellent.

My parents have moved into The Meadows April of 2017. My dad does all the activities and they include him in coming on rides, so that he can get some fresh air. Hats off to those guys for letting him do that because I think it's awesome, they make him feel like he has a job there. The care also really does take care of my parents, they are checking in on my parents and they are calling me when they take them to the hospital. I think the lady in administration does an amazing, I'd give her 100 stars. There are some great staff there.
