The Wentworth at the Meadows

The management has been very nice and accommodating and they speak right to my friend. I have been very pleased. It seemed to go smoothly and efficiently. It seems nutritious and there are good choices. My friend looks forward to his meals and the couple of times that I have eaten there it was very good. The peace of mind is wonderful for me and I think it is for him.

I think it is a good value. I couldn't take care of her the way that they do. I don't have a care in the world because I know she is safe there. I think it is the best fit and I am very pleased. Everyone there knows her name and makes her feel like family.

The management team is caring and available. Maintenance comes when you want them to come and do what you want them to do. Activities are fine and the transportation service is good. When you have a concern the care givers are there and take care of it. I feel safe here, satisfied with the value, and I am very comfortable.

Their number one priority in care is getting it right. The jewel in their crown is Stacy, in marketing. She does a great deal more than marketing. The time she spends doing things other than marketing is greatly appreciated.

The staff are all wonderful. They've walked us through everything to get set up. Everyone is very sweet and loving. Management has been very helpful as well. I think there are enough activities, it looks like all of the residents are having fun. The field trips and the activities are great for him. Maintenance has been really fast at coming back to fix things. If you tell them about it they will get it fixed right away.

My dad has a great relationship with the aides; they're awesome and they all have their nicknames for him. There are a ton of activities. My dad is legally blind so he chooses not to participate in the activities but the activities director will personally knock on his door if they have a good performer or another activity going on.My dad calls it home and that is a good feeling for me.

This community has been a really good fit for my mom and we are very satisfied with the care she gets here. She enjoys the salad bar and there are some things that she really likes and can order if she doesn’t like what is being served. The caregivers seem to really take care of her.

In the past eight years living here I think the dining room service is good and they have a lot of menu variety. There is always something to do here. The healthcare staff are very good, houskeeeping is good and the price is very fair. I'm very happy with everything here.

The healthcare is pretty good and the maintenance is also pretty good.

In the time my sister has been here I know they feed my sister really good and she gets her snacks and all that. She has a healthy appetite and eats everything. The building is very clean. They keep it very nice. I think the care staff does an excellent job, as does the management staff.
