The Wentworth at the Meadows

I think it is going really good. He stated it feels more like home all the time. Management are all so kind and they call people by their first name and they smile and make them feel welcome. I have had lunch with him a couple of times and the food is really good. He called us last night, we were going to place dominos with him, and he told us to come upstairs, that they had a gentleman singing and he wanted us to hear that. And he really appreciated that. Housekeeping has been fabulous. He loves those people. He has had things moved and knows maintenance by first names. They just seem to take care of him.

I feel very safe and free. Everybody here is very nice, and this is a good place for someone like me to be. The food is delicious. It is very good. The menu is wonderful. The dining staff is great. They have things for us to do in activities. They have entertainment. I find it very interesting and nice, and it keeps me occupied. The housekeeping is very nice. It's better than I ever did. I think the building is beautiful. It is a very clean and very nice place. Anyone should be glad to be in here. I am 90 years old, but I am still very active and have fun.

The management team is very good to my mom. Very pleasant and conscientious about doing their job. It's pretty good food and there are so many activities. Maintenance is pretty quick to take care of any problems we have, and housekeeping is done very well. The trash is emptied every day and the room is cleaned weekly. The caregivers are excellent. I think we're getting the full value, the apartment is good and she is safe there.

Management has been very cooperative and accessible to our needs. The nursing is very good. The Head Nurse is excellent, very fun and caring. For what my mother in law needs, the transportation service is available and flexible. They're doing a great job with activities and there is a good, substantial amount offered. Overall, she feels safe, comfortable and she likes her apartment, which is all that matters.

The apartment is great and it's one of the reasons we chose the community. The activities are very good with plenty of outings and they invite residents out of their rooms. The residents have something all day long they can choose from with dining, so it's like a restaurant, which is pretty nice. Management is personable and they're very good with returning phone calls. Overall, we appreciate the care my father is receiving and he likes it too. It's important he feels comfortable, safe and loved, which he does. It's home now.

I think my wife is getting the absolute best care that she can get. Everyone has been very careful with Nancy. They are protecting her in ways I was unable to do myself. I'm extremely happy with it.

Management has been really cooperative. There have been no laundry issues, and housekeeping is really good. The food tastes good and there's a good enough variety. They've done a really good job of accommodating her schedule. They're a very good place.

My father says the food is good and healthy and they have a lot of activities going on. His room is very clean, maintenance responds immediately, and he is quite happy with the transportation. He says the drivers are polite, patient and do a nice job. The caregivers seem to be very good and professional. I really like The Meadows and I was very satisified with how they treated my mother when she was alive and with how they are treating my father now.

Every person I dealt with in adminstration looked me right in the eye and took the time to answer all my questions. I think the activities are incredible. The building is impressive. I think the care staff are magnificent.

There was plenty of activities offered andthe management was always very helpful. Overall, she felt well cared for and the staff was both, very caring and professional, so I was happy with it.
