The Wentworth at the Meadows

Management is fabulous and really good. They are easy to reach and their communication is good. The food is fresh and the ingredients are good. I have eaten here a few times and it was very good. The waitstaff is good, the housekeeping is good and the maintenance staff is awesome. Their apartment was all ready for them to move in. They cleaned their apartment and put new carpet down. The building is beautiful and nice and their accommodations are nice. The caregivers are really great. They have a good healthcare team, it is a good property and a great value. This community is exactly what my parents needed.

Overall, I'm very happy, and I feel that everyone that I've interfaced with has not only been very responsive, but they've been respectful and compassionate. Overall it's been a very positive experience. I sleep better at night because I know my dad is safe, and that his needs are being met, and that people are treating him with courtesy and respect and kindness.

The Activities Director is wonderful. You can tell she cares about the people. She tries to encourage them to attend the bands she brings in. She is phenomenal, she is the best. Kyle and a new guy in maintenance are very accommodating when you need something. They are there and it is kept up. The aides are wonderful.

They have a great menu variety and there are so many activities here. They have more activities than you could go to. The activities are organized, they are well planned and there is great variety. Overall the housekeeping is good, her apartment is fine and the maintenance is good. They got the room ready really quickly. The care staff here are also really good. I tell everyone about this community and tell them that this is the best.

Management has been able to answer all my questions and help me with different issues. I have been eating here myself and I really enjoy it. The lady who does the housekeeping does a very thorough job and we can always count on when she will be here because she always shows up and she does everything that needs to be done. A maintenance man installed a TV for my husband. He did an excellent job with that and was very responsive. I think this community best meets his needs. It is very clean and smells good here. The staff is very attentive and it is a really pleasant place to be.

The nurses and staff at the community are tremendous. They are great people and you can tell they really love their job and the residents. Their attentiveness and support really shows. Whenever anything seems to be a mess, they alert us immediately with a call of concern. The healthcare staff are doing a good job keeping up with the demand there and the management team listened to us and understood what we were going through with my mom. We felt they really listened to our concerns.

The management team has been very informative, up-front, and if you have a problem, things are done right then and there. My sister likes the food and the community offers a lot of activities. She loves her room because she used her own furniture so it feels like home!

This community appears to be well run, clean and maintained well. The care staff is pretty decent. It seems like it is a pretty good price for the services.

I am happy with the accommodations. There are enough outings and in house activities. Transportation is accommodating for my schedule. Housekeeping services are completed in a timely and routine manner. The management team is accessible and responsive when speaking with them.

Management's follow through is good, and they are willing to communicate. The dining staff is always attentive and serves the food on time every day. The food is consistent and good. Housekeeping took care of everything in her apartment before we moved in, and the building is brand new. The caregivers are very attentive to all of my mother's needs, and they check on her often. She seems to be well taken care of. She seems to like it here and is happy.
