Valley View Gardens

I think they get a good variety with healthy food and there is certainly plenty of it. Everyone in management has been responsive and good. The healthcare staff is accessible and always respectful. The building maintenance is satisfactory and their staff fixes things immediately. They all seem to have a lot of fun with activities and there is always something going on, which is great. All in all, I am very happy.

They are doing a great job and have great services. I've had nothing but great feedback from them about my sister. They always have a minute to discuss her with me and they are all compassionate people.

It like how the price at is all inclusive. I like the openness of it. She is a walker and she can go out into the gardens. The activities are great. They are always doing something. I think the care staff are a group of caring people.

There is a lot of light in the dining room and the residents like the food. They have a big variety of options and a lot of activities throughout the day. They seem to be really on top of things there.

I was pleased with management, they seemed to care about the clients and patients. All of the healthcare staff I've come into contact with seem very personal, professional and take very good care of them.

The gardens are awesome, the building is clean, and common areas are spotless. The managers are receptive whenever I go in and are always quick to answer questions, and they are approachable. They keep her active, she has no complaints they always get her out of her room for meals. They seem helpful and anytime I need anything they are quick to respond.

I think the food is really good. I think the whole kitchen is very good. It is a fine variety. They get it out as quick as they can. Everything seems to work and nothing is falling down. The building is clean and the exterior is well cared for. The care givers that I deal with are great.

For what is offered, the price is good. The dining staff is wonderful and housekeeping is really good at organizing and returning the correct items to each resident so things don't get mixed up. The caregivers have been very responsive and accessible. Everything at this community is great.

I personally have had nothing but great interactions with everybody, everybody has been nothing but kind towards my father. Maintenance is very helpful and the healthcare staff is always so pleasant and kind, especially towards my father. Everything is good, if they have questions they communicate with me which I appreciate.

I chose Valley View Gardens for my husband because of the people who worked there. Management is accessible, they're always helpful and they're very caring of their residents.
