Valley View Gardens

We are totally satisfied with the service we are getting over there. I think they are great. Management is responsive and friendly and I have had no issues over there at all. They have a lot of things going on. They have music, activities and all kinds of stuff and I think they do a great job. The care staff are really good. They are friendly and on top of everything. If you need anything done, they handle it.

The care staff is wonderful at the community. She does not need much space and her space is perfect. The food itself is excellent. I am satisfied with the cleaning my mother receives in her apartment. There are enough activities and a good variety offered. The parties are lovely with nice entertainment. The building is in good condition and well maintained. They have been working on the building and they just painted it. The building looks lovely.

We chose the community for my husband because we found it to be a right fit. The upkeep of the gardens is good and it's also a very pleasant place to walk about with the setting being very clean, nice and attractive. The housekeeping services are satisfactory and the laundry is good. He is kept busy and entertained with lectures, signing and exercises. The one meal I had during the dining experience was tasty. I have been very pleased with the management and how they manage our various requests or needs. I appreciate what they do and the fact that they're patient. Everybody's needs are different, but I would tell people looking for a home that it's just right for us.

All in all, they are a good group of people. They're real nice and friendly. I've never had any issues with them. I think they're great. They're all nice people, very courteous.

The activities is what is so good about this place. They just have a variety of things going on at all times. I am satisfied with the service being received from maintenance and care staff.

The staff here is very nice. They're friendly and eager to help. They never turn a person down. It's a really hard job to do, but they do it very well. Friends of mine and my husband's older children come when they can, and they're all impressed with how everything is run. The care staff is there to take good care. The building is well kept. The housekeeping services seem to be very good. In terms of activities, they do everything to keep them occupied, and they have all kinds of things giong on almost daily. The food is excellent. They all say the food is good. The staff really goes out of their way to make it pleasant. I think the management team is very much aware of their patients there. They really do a lot to keep people happy.

Management seems pretty good, and the caregivers are very personable and respectful. They treat the residents really well. They work really hard and are pretty responsive. She likes the food and the experience of them serving the food. She likes that they set the table, and she likes the variety of the food. They have a lot of activities. The laundry has definitely improved, and the housekeeping is good. Her room is mostly always clean, and when we visit, she has had clothes in her closet. The maintenance seems to be fine. I think the value is very good for the price. This is a nice community. She is happy here, and we are happy with her here.

They are really good. The care staff is all so kind and compassionate. I haven't met one caregiver who didn't go out of their way to treat the people well. I've had my husband at four other places, and this is the best. The gardens are really nice, and the floors are clean. The housekeeping has been great. They always have an activity going on, and they are really good. They offer singing, music, and physical games for the residents. The food always looks delicious and nutritious. My husband really enjoys it. They've answered any questions that I've had. Anything that the management thought would benefit my husband was offered to him. I think the value is good.

The staff was very helpful when we went to visit. They expressed a willingness to work with her and put in some extra time and effort to make her comfortable, so we thought that was a good thing. The space is large and the outdoor area with the landscaping is very nice and attractive. The grounds are kept very neat and tidy. The whole place to me has a pleasant, clean, open, and fresh feel to it. It's really a pleasure to visit there, and she enjoys being there. Each time I've spoken with management, they've been accessible and were very helpful. She enjoys the dining room, and they seem to have a large variety of different things, she really likes that. This place is always clean.Maintenance has been proactive. They seem to be seeking out how they can help, so that's really good. Everybody is super professional and super friendly. My mom loves the staff members. She considers them like her companions, so that is really good. We've seen a lot of places over the last year or two, and this has been really a great experience. They're super friendly and seem to sincerely enjoy the residents. I'm really pleased about the extra effort they make with people. Everyone there is really genuine, and that's one of the things we love.

It seems like the price is comparable to other communities but they offer so much more than the other communities in the area. Management is doing such an incredible job. My dad is completely happy wtih the food. The taste of it, the way they serve it and the appearance of the food is incredible. Everytime we have gone in to visit, there is an activity going on. They are on top of it and everyone is always engaged. His room is alwasy immaculate and the maintenance guys are very helpful. The staff here treat everyone like family. It is very refreshing. The whole community is incredible and I can leave and be comfortable with leaving my dad here.
