The food here is very good. It is hot. They are taking very good care of us even with the flood. Everybody seems to be happy with the activities. I don't partake in a lot of them. But, what they have seems fine if I wanted to. Housekeeping is excellent. She comes every two weeks. They have excellent service and very nice drivers with transportation. I think they are doing great through this mess.

I think they are doing a great job. Management has been great, they have been very helpful in getting my mom's care situated out there, they've been very knowledgeable and communicative. They had a singer in the lobby playing music and had a lot of participation, it looked like fun. The maintenance looked really good, everything looked very nice. The transportation services were right there to pick her up when she needed to be, the staff has just been amazing with helping her continue to be there and getting things done.

I don't participate in many of the activities. I am pretty busy on my own but there are lots of activities to do. Housekeeping services are pretty good. Someone comes in and cleans the place every two weeks. The laundry is fine. I can have them every week but I usually don't need them every week. If I put it out they will pick it up and if it isn't out they will knock and ask me if I forgot. I don't have any problem with the maintenance in my apartment. It all works for us. They are doing the best they can with the flooding problems.

Our management is pretty good. She's done a very good job, especially because we had a flood and all of our eating arrangements were turned upside down. I think the management and dining room help did a fine job. We have lots of activities, I think there's a good variety here, our Activities Director has been here a long time and she does an excellent job, and they do a very good job with the transportation services.

I think the value is fair and the management staff has been helpful. My mom seems to enjoy the activities that are offered.

Management takes care of any problems I've had here. I do as many activities as I can possibly do, I've been to arts and crafts. For the dining, I've been able to eat everything I've gotten; it's not bad at all.

Management is very good. The whole staff is working hard. The servers are wonderful and they work so hard. Housekeeping is wonderful, those ladies really work hard and they deserve what they get paid and probably more. I'm also very satisfied with the laundry too. The transportation service is outstanding as well and maintenance is always here right on the spot. The grounds are terrific. The activities are fine; there are definitely enough activities. All in all, the price is good for me.

It doesn't matter what you ask management to do, they'll always help you. I think the food is excellent, the housekeeping is very, very good and the building looks wonderful. There are more activities than we can handle. I play cards 7 days a week. I love it here. I really love this place.

They hand out a schedule of activities and there is always something going on. The housekeeping is very good. I have a new person she is doing a very good job. They do my bed sheets and they do a very good job. All in all, the food is good here. The maintenance crew is very good. They will do anything you need done. They are very good and very prompt. The transportation service is very efficient. We make our appointments and they call us the night before to remind us of our time. The transportation people are very good.

You can be as busy as you want to be here with the activities. The menus are great and if you can't find something on the main menu they have an alternative. I don't have any complaints about the food. The breakfast and lunch staff are very good. They get you waited on and do a great job. The maintenance guys are very good. They try to get to you as fast as they can. The managment staff treats me with respect and they are available and will see you. I think they are doing the best that they can.
