I think it is a lovely community and I think it is very well-run. I am really happy that my mom and brother are here and there are people there to help them. I don't fear for her safety at all because I know there are people who can help them. From my perspective, management is doing a decent job and my calls usually get returned. I love the dining experience. The lady in charge of the food services is wonderful. It is not easy for my mom to go out to a restaurant so we have arranged meals at the community for her birthday or for holidays. Everybody was incredibly helpful and very attentive during those times. It was a wonderful experience. I think my brother participates in some of the activities. He likes the special evenings and likes to go to those things. My brother seems satisfied with the laundry and the cleaning is more than adequate. Everything looks very good cleanliness wise. Someone from maintenance is always there within a couple of hours to fix things that are not working properly. My mother and brother are very happy with that. The appearance of the community is very nice. The staff members I have come into contact with are very helpful and everyone is very polite and accommodating.

Overall, I think they care staff is pretty good. There is one particular med tech that I am always glad to know is on and that is Jennifer. She is wonderful. The memory care manager Amy Perez is outstanding. The activities in the memory unit are done really well. The caregivers are oriented to do activities. They just hired an activity assistant and they take them on outings. For the most part, they do an outstanding job. They do themed activities. They will take pictures of them doing activities for the family members aren't there to see what they are doing. Both of my parents are there and they don't remember things they do. It is really great thing for them to do. My mom was going to adult day care twice a week and the transportation staff was outstanding. They are very reliable and helpful. They will even go in and make sure she is okay in there. Very, very good. The buses are great. They look like they are brand new.

One thing I like about the facility, they shut the parking gates at night to keep the perimeter of the building secure. That is a nice feature and makes me feel like it is a safe community. I think they offer some good activities. Every two weeks a lady comes in and cleans mom's room. She is happy with it. I think overall they do good job with keeping it clean and tidy. I don't have a feeling it is run down or anything.

We researched quite a few places and it seems really nice. There is a postive atmosphere and everyone seems very happy; that was one of the deciding factors. Everything is really great about it including the staff. In regards to management, we have talking to Holly and Margie. Both of them have done an outstanding job. They have kept in touch with us making sure his transition is going great. They were very helpful moving him in and getting a storage unit. They have been outstanding as far as being in contact with us. The food looks good. Everything in the dining area is clean and it looks great. Housekeeping is very good. I actually interacted with housekeeping when they came and they were very polite and did a good job cleaning. We have been extremely satisfied with everything so far.

I chose this community because my mom liked how friendly everyone was. The food is good and my mom uses the transportation, she really likes it. The housekeeping has been fine, I'm very satisfied with the cleanliness. The few activities my mom has participated in she has liked. So far my mom really likes everything and is happy with the way everything is going.

We liked the feel of the place and the age in place. My mother does have Alzheimer's so she will need more intensive care as the disease develops. My mom really enjoys the food. There are a lot of activities for her to enjoy. The maintenance department had her apartment fixed the way we wanted it when we moved in. The housekeeping has been just fine and the building is kept up well.

I chose this community for my mom because when we were being shown around the hallways the management knew everyone that she passed and carried on conversations with them. There was a lot of people in the hallways and there was a lot of community, very homey feeling. I haven't been down to the dining hall myself but my mother says it's very nice on the inside and she enjoys the menu variety. My mom has something going on pretty much every day. The price is fair and my mother is very happy there.

I just found it to be a very nice place, the people were friendly, the people I saw who lived there were talking to each other, it seemed like a nice community and well cared for. Management has been very pleasant, nice and helpful with any questions or problems we've had. It seems like they have a good variety of activities, my mom has done exercises in the morning and likes those, she went to an ice cream social and I think she'll go to bingo and cards. The building seems to be kept up pretty good; our experience has been pretty good.

It was a very positive experience having my parents in laws there, I think it's an excellent facility and there are many in the valley that are not. That facility has a whole lot going for it, it really does. It's a good value for the dollar of where people should go, I really felt it was positive and I never talked to a resident that didn't love it. They had phenomenal caregivers, Alice is a star, she was so wonderful about caring for my mother-in-law. Management was excellent and everything was always very clean and well cared for.

Mom and dad just moved out, and while they were there the managers were always right there, helpful, friendly, and let us know things. My parents did go to movies they showed there. There were sales where people came in with wares, plenty of activities and outings. The maintenance guys were very helpful and the place was always doing some upgrades. Housekeeping was good. I thought the price was fair, and I definitely thought my parents were safe.
