The residents here are really friendly. Everybody says hello and speaks to everybody else. The staff is also very pleasant. It's a very nice place to be. I'm very happy. I love my apartment. I have a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Every piece of furniture I planned to bring fits perfectly. I'm very happy with it. The food is good. The staff is very good, the service is good. There are so many things to do, there's always something good. My housekeeper is pleasant and does a good job. If you have a problem, maintenance attends to it quickly. The grounds are beautiful. There are two ponds, water sprinklers, I love it. It’s green. You do not feel you're in the desert. I think the staff is excellent. I would recommend it.

Overall, Sherry in management has been helpful. Everything in the dining room tastes good and the service is great. From what I see and feedback I receive since I can't physically participate myself, the activities are great. We have the best maintenance in the world. I always recommend it here.

Billing and everything is A-Okay. I like all the upper management. She likes the food. Occasionally she'll want something that is salt-free and they will oblige her. They're very, very courteous. I'm very pleased with the service. Especially when you invite guests in for dinner they're willing to take them right then and there. It's just excellent service. I think the housekeeping has been going well, they come in once a week and vacuum the floors and things like that. I've had several people move in there and I would most definitely recommend it.

I feel that I am getting a good value. The security here is really good, they lock the doors and they check on you. The housekeeping is good. I have no complaints. The maintenance is very good and they are quick to respond, the building looks nice. The transportation is good and very attentive. It is easy to schedule. I would definitely recommend it.

I feel like this is home. I absolutely love the activities. The building is always clean here. My apartment is always clean. I am really pleased with the transportation. They are great at accommodating me. The vehicle is clean and wonderful. I blog about it all the time and I Instagram some of the meals.

The management is fine. They treat us good and the food is good, it has very good color. The activities are good. I asked to have the carpet to be cleaned and she comes to vacuum monthly. Maintenance came and helped me setup my computer and the building looks fine. I use transportation when I go to Sunday mass every week. The people treat us nice. They put their heart and soul in keeping us satisfied; and I tell them that. Overall, things are going fine.

The management staff is doing alright as far as I know. I would recommend it to anybody. There's a good variety. At my age I can't participate in too many activities, but today I'm going to Jeopardy. They keep you busy. The caregivers that work here are very good. I think the lobby is beautiful. The whole place looks good, it's very nice.

I moved in 18 months ago. I love it here, and I never want to move. The management staff takes very good care of me here. They'll do anything for me. If I tell maintenance I need something, they come right after I talk to them. I think the food is excellent. I go to church every Sunday with the bus and the driver is wonderful to us. The activities are very good; there are more than we can partake in.

They've been doing things to make this community more comfortable for everyone. So far everybody's been really friendly. I have a really good feeling from everybody. A lot of things are happening here, playing the Wii, the afternoon movies, going to church, and all the things like that. Maintenance is always quick to do stuff for us. Inside the community is very nice, it really is. The outside is beautiful.

They try to keep us amused; it's a very pleasant atmosphere here. For me there is enough to keep me entertained. I'm doing more than I normally do, as far as exercise, I do exercise like three days a week, whereas I wasn't doing any before. I've also been participating in some of the crafts. The housekeepers do things right away and it's really good, they are always cleaning and mopping, they really keep it clean. I'm likely to recommend this community to a friend; in fact I did recommend it to a friend. One thing I can say is that I'm the only African American resident, and it has made no negative impact on me, it's just a very pleasant atmosphere here.
