I feel totally safe and secure here. They've been doing things to make this community more comfortable for everyone. So far everybody's been really friendly. I have a really good feeling from everybody. I don’t have housekeeping done every time; it depends on what I’m doing. They're sweet, and they do an excellent job. I can do a lot myself, but vacuuming is too hard. They’re sweet for doing that. It's good, I love being here.

I recommend it to anybody who thinks they should be here. If I call maintenance, they're there immediately. The minute I put in a work order, they come. I enjoy the transportation. They do a good job in housekeeping. I'm very satisfied, I love all the girls. They're very prompt and do a good job. There are a lot of activities offered and they're very good. It's very satisfactory; I enjoy the food and the company. I'm very happy with where I live.

I don't know of anything I could complain about. They just do everything in the world. I'm so happy with the way they take care of me. I like to have the light off and the fan moving, and it wasn't doing that, so the maintenance staff came up and checked it and in a half hour, he came up with a brand new fan: a huge one to put in the ceiling. I look forward to the activities and I never miss them. I have socks which go all the way to my knees and they are hard to put on, so somebody comes up to help me do that. I would never ever move out of this place. They do everything in the world that you ask for.

There is absolutely nowhere I can get what I'm getting here for the same money. I love my apartment. All the managers are excellent. Valerie, the Activities Director is amazing. Adella, the Resident Manager as well Ryan and Tanya, the dining Services and Resident Services Manager, are fantastic. Kim, the accountant, is amazing. I go to those people for help. When I have an issue they always listen to me and help. When I have eaten in there I am pleased. I think Brian, our chef, is so talented and creative. I've never had a bad experience in the dining room. If the Activity Program ended tomorrow, I'd have a heart attack. I depend on them for so much, and it's amazing how talented they are at pleasing us. From exercises to entertainment, they just do everything. The housekeeper is very good. I love her. The housekeeping manager is very good. I have used the bus for activities to go to lunch and dinner, or shopping. I have started using it for medical appointments too. It's easy to schedule. I brag about this place everywhere I go.

I think it's beautiful and everything in our apartment is in working order. It looks beautiful and is pleasant to look out, we're just very happy here. When there are activities we want to partake in, we're always very happy with them. I think the food is wonderful and it's geared for seniors. The service is marvelous, we love Thunderbird Senior Living. We're very happy with it. I think management is fine. The girls and guys who have been here have been marvelous, the chef is marvelous. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

I would recommend them. Maintenance staff has come immediately when I've called. The whole grounds are very well kept up, it's remarkable. The whole building itself is well kept up, that's the reason I came here is because it's so well maintained. My housekeeper that comes to me is very thorough and does all of the areas very completely so I'm very impressed and pleased. They always have someone on duty and they have cameras on the outside, I feel very safe. We have a very good activities girl; she does a good job with the activities. It is expensive, I'll say that, but for the services I receive and all, I’m satisfied.

It's a great place, safe, and you don’t have to worry about anything. We have everything right here. Every time we call maintenance they come and take care of whatever the issue is. They give us a lot of notices about things going on. We have no complaints. I've used the bus for medical appointments. It's all been pretty good, got me there on time, and picked me up on time. The drivers are very nice and professional. The ladies are really nice, I like them. They do a good job with housekeeping; they do the best they can. So far I love bingo and cards. Sometimes I get into the crafts when I can. Mostly everybody's nice and we have a good time. Even the theater is pretty good. We're perfectly safe; they're very good about security.

I have been very safe and comfortable here. We have a choice of three entrees on one side and on the other side of the menu we have five things you could eat, I think it's very good. If you want something not on the menu all you have to do is talk to the chef. I am definitely happy with the service. There are enough activities and it's up to you to choose to do them, and I think they're great. We get our room cleaned every two weeks, they do a nice job. If I need something like a bulb changed or something's not right, I can call the front desk and put in a work order and then they come and do it.

The management staff is great, they're always checking up on you. They're very proactive, always available, very good management. The dining service is very good, the food is always well-prepared, if you don't like something you can always get something different or extra of something you like. There are plenty of activities, always keep us busy, there's a signup sheet every week put out. Maintenance was here within 15 or 20 minutes of my one work order request. The building is well maintained. They have a great system, you stick a note on your door before going to sleep and take it down when you wake up. If it's still on in the morning they know to check on you.

The transition was a little difficult, but Diane is one of the old employees that transitioned to the new company and she is excellent, we love her. I do think the value is fair and know that my parents were safe and comfortable. I think the maintenance staff was excellent. They were great. The other thing I would say is she really liked sitting out on the patio and looking at the view of the pond or whatever, she really liked that and it was really pretty.
