My friend is very well taken care of and he seems to be happy. Management are all very courteous and helpful and they take really good care of Bill. I think they're handling the quarantine very well. They've pretty much locked down the place, for lack of a better word. But I think that's an awesome idea to keep them all safe and well and healthy. And so far so good. From what he tells me he enjoys the food and the service of the food. Also, every time I go in there or around that place, it's immaculate. His room is always kept clean and he's happy with it. They're very accommodating there and they really like him.

The management cares and they did everything they could for my parents while they were there. Their food was delicious and every meal was well balanced. It was always well presented and everything was very clean and tidy. They had lots of different activities. I would see different residents attending them on a regular basis. The activities director was wonderful. Housekeeping was wonderful and the weekly cleaning it was thorough and wonderful and kept up. They never missed a day. If anything went wrong the maintenance staff was immediately there. The care givers are hard workers and the med techs were wonderful. I think it is a perfect place for people who need assisted but can live independently.

My mom wasn't eating before coming here but is now getting three healthy meals a day. The chef here is incredible. Her apartment and the building are good and the transportation is good. That is one of the nicest things about this community. They have access to go anywhere they want. My mom has some special needs but the caregivers are really good.

The management have been very informative and have addressed issues. They have been available and they seem to be johnny on the spot. The place always looks nice and clean and very rarely do I smell an odor. The building is very nice and very impressive.The transportation is very good. They are very conscientious on that. My mom has been taken care of. The nurses stay on top of it. They have always been available and accessible whenever I have gone over whether I need the med tech or I need somebody in administration.

My brother seemed to like the food at the community. The housekeeping was very attentive and they were always there. My brother's place always looked good. The worker was very nice and accomodating. Her name was Virginia. The building is also in good condition, it does not smell and the care staff was very attentive.

They have really good meals there. Somebody seems to be doing something all the time in activities. I like the housekeeping and the maintenance is available all the time. The care staff are available and I am able to talk to them. I can check with them to see if he is taking his meds on time. I like the way they run the place and what they are doing. It is a hard job.

This community is doing an excellent job and we totally appreciate that. Everyone is so professional there all the time. Anytime we have wants, needs or questions they are quickly answered. The dining menu looks great and I see all the different things you are doing during the different seasons and holidays. Everything here always seems to be operating correctly so obviously someone is taking good care of that stuff. The caregivers are very professional and their communication is great. They are doing a great job. We don't have enough good things to say about them and we appreciate all they have done for us. My brothers, our wives and I all feel comfortable with her being here and we believe the price is fair.

We have our own apartments and are very well respected. I think the value is very good. When you have a problem, the management team is so fast to try and take care of it. I go for lunch and dinner, and it is always fascinating food and very good. Every time I've called maintenance, I've gotten someone here right away. The housekeeping services are very good.

I was very satisfied with everything that they did. My husband was a difficult case and I thought they did a phenomenal job. When I went into his room it was good and I never heard any complaints about the care so I will say that was good.

The people are very good there. It always seems like my mom is content. They come in on a regular basis and get her up and give her meds. I'm very pleased with the staff. My mom adores them. My mom's apartment is always clean. They do her laundry when they're supposed to on a regular schedule. I think the activities are terrific. She is quite content with what they have. The dining is good. My mother is very happy with the food. The management team has been very open. Anytime I had questions, they always had the right answer for me. They made themselves easily accessible if I had any issues or needs. I think the value is good. It's very pleasant. It's a very nice environment.
