When I have concerns, I feel comfortable getting in touch with management. The caregivers are available and responsive to me. Our activity manager does very well. She has an awfully big job, but she tries to give us a variety of things. My housekeeper does pretty good and comes once every two weeks. When I need something done, maintenance turns up quickly to do it. They generally respond within the hour. The transportation is excellent. I think the value is excellent. This is my 11th year being here, so you know that I like it. I like it because I feel safe here.

We are very happy with everything here at Skyline. We are very happy that she is here. My sister and I think the food is great. Her apartment is clean. The caregivers are very attentive. We are very happy that she is able to afford to be in such a nice place.

I'm very happy with the place in general and the staff. The care staff is very polite. They make sure that they bring her the correct pills. Every time I've called someone has either been there to answer me immediately, or they have called me back in a reasonable and professional time frame. I checked in at the desk a couple of times, and we set up a transport. They made sure that all of that got hooked up. They were very helpful, and they were on time and got her to her appointment and back. The maintenance team has been great too. The houskeeping has been great. The activities leader was very energetic. I think they offer a nice variety of activities. It stimulates the mind, but it isn't so challenging that one would think they couldn't do it. I think they do well at offering different events and activities. They're extremely pleasant and they really do try to get people involved. The help in the dining room is wonderful. They worked really well with her. Valerie was exrtremely pleasant and had an answer for all of my questions. She was very helpful. The manager that I went over the contract with was very good at explaining everything and answering all my questions. Everyone has been fantastic.

It's just fantastic. I couldn't be happier, and my mom couldn't be happier. That's the main thing. She just loves that place. The food is great and the staff is excellent. It's clean and nice. She goes down and does the exercises, and she participates in what she can. They keep the room nice, clean, and fresh. The building is very nice, and it doesn't look like a retirement home atmosphere that I've seen. The healthcare staff treat her wonderfully. They all know her name. They take good care of her, and they're doing a great job there. I feel very secure with my mom being there.

Everybody is very friendly and really helpful. We are really pleased with the management and staff there. From what she and her friends tell me, I hear the food is fantastic. They have excellent variety three times a day. We have heard nothing but good things about it, and a lot of that was from my mom. I think the activities they offer there are perfect. The building looks really nice. I try to visit everyday, and they do an outstanding job. Not only is it clean, but everything is in place. The ladies down in wellness are super attentive to her.Valerie, the assistant manager for marketing and sales, has been outstanding. She went above and beyoond for us. She is a perfect fit for the position she is in.

Everything's good and my mother-in-law’s happy there, so I feel we've got a good match. When she asks for help the caregivers take care of her. There's excellent dining and food, the servers treat them like family. Anything we need, the management takes care of immediately. Everybody takes care of everybody, it’s a wonderful place.

The activities are great, the housekeeping is great and the building is top notch. The care is really good. They are really good at helping and they make your life much better.

I think it is the only facility of its quality in our area. She is clean, gets prompt care, if they have any questions they call me immediately, they are on it and I don't mind paying the price. She loves all the food. She has a good appetite and eats pretty much anything they put in front of her. The building and grounds are beautiful.
