It is a nice, clean place and they do seem to care for the residents well. He likes the activities that are more active like beach volleyball, where they hit a beach ball back and forth. I think they try hard and engage the residents there. They try to keep on a schedule and try to keep their minds active. Maintenance seems to be really well, but the building is only a year and half old. It is being kept up.

They always handled my father with an extreme amount of respect, dignity and kindness. The head nurse would always get back with me and I felt like there was good communication. The folks that came every day to take care of him were so sweet and really cared. That is really what it is all about. We couldn't have asked for better during the last year of his life. I would recommend the community highly. They were very eager to do a good job.

Management has been so helpful and have always stayed in touch. They have been great. I didn't even want to put her in a community and they made me feel so welcome. I haven't seen any flaws with the care program. I really like it. The staff always seems busy. I don't see anyone slacking at all. They are always working together to make sure the residents are comfortable. There is always something to do. She is happy and has never complained. She has shown me a couple art pieces she has done and she is always smiling. My mom is real picky and she has not complained at all. She likes the food. The dining area looks great and you have such a helpful staff. The price is very fair.

There is a caregiver named May and she has been exceptional. She is so kind and patient and always has such a great attitude. I think housekeeping is great. What I like about that is that they don't mix clothes with other residents. It is just hers at one time and that has cut down on things being misplaced or being sent to the wrong person, and they are quick on the turnaround of getting laundry back to her. On the first day they hung all the pictures on the wall and that is the only thing we've needed. The building always looks very nice. The Activities Director there, Janie, has been exceptional. She has tried really hard to get my mom involved activities and engaged. She goes above and beyond.

They've been great and always responded to any of my concerns. I'm completely happy with them. They have so many activities with a gym and movie room. The building is brand new, only ten months old. It is beautiful. I feel as though he is is always clean. They always seem to pop in when I go to visit. When he pushes the button, even if it seems like he does it 20 times a day, they come.

The whole sales and check in period was really good. They were very friendly and helpful. The activities staff really try hard to keep everyone busy and they offer a lot of variety. They bring a lot of energy to the activites. The maintenance technician is always willing to help and he is always very quick to offer services if we need it like hanging pictures and that sort of thing. The doctor that they brought in communicates very well and I think they have a really good program for them there.

I'm very pleased with this community. It's just been a really good experience. I notice that there seems to be very good communication amonst all the medical staff. When we used transportation, our driver was personable and caring and very accommodating. In terms of maintenance, things are taken care of promptly and I don't see things undone around the facility. The building is excellent. They do activities with the residents every day. They are good activities and the staff is enthusiastic. The dining service is very good, and when we ate in the big dining room for Christmas dinner, it was like being in a fine restaurant. The management team is good about keeping in contact with the residents and knowing them on a first name basis, which is nice.

I chose the community for my wife because it was beautiful and after we looked at it, everything checked out. The care has been good and the maintenance man helped with our move-in. The housekeeping is very good and everything gets to the laundry. There are a lot of activities available and plenty for her to do. The food is great and they take care of her very well. The management is top notch and I have been very impressed with them. She feels very much safe and comfortable. All in all, it's a very good value for all that they offer and all that they have. I don't think you can beat this place because it's pretty darn nice.

My son, who is very picky, said he liked the food, so I guess it was good. The dining servers were almost too good. They would accommodate him anytime he wanted to eat something. Maintenance helped him out with his TV a few times, and anytime he had a problem, they were right there to help him. The building always looked outstanding. It was always clean and neat, and he had a very nice place. As far as I know, the care was fine, and the caregivers did a good job. I was very happy with this community.

The building is always beautiful and always smells and looks clean. We are getting what we are paying for. We are paying for quality and good care and that is what we are getting. I am very satisfied and couldn't be happier.
