Sienna at Otay Ranch Senior Living

We really like it. Dad is comfortable and has a really good time there. We love the apartment size, layout, and how we can decorate it. I think my dad loves all the activities. He loves all the personalization. The building is very nice. It smells and looks fine. It is clean, and I think it is very nice. My dad likes it there, and the care staff is good with him. I think the med techs are very helpful. Even when the care staff has had a crazy day of family and people in and out, they are very diligent and very good. I think the community is worth it.

It's a beautiful and new community with good food and double doors so that my mother can't get out. The healthcare staff is respectful. The transportation takes her to church every week, and I would say the service is excellent. The maintenance man is responsive and does a very fine job. The building is only a year old, and it still looks brand new. They were very wise to choose old fashioned laundry machines. It makes her feel like she is taking care of herself. My mom participates in quite a bit of activities, and for her level, there is enough offered. They purchase quality food, and the service is good. All in all, my mother is very happy there, has made friends, and loves it.

Management was very friendly and answered every question we asked. They are accessible and responsive. I have seen the activitiy calendar, and they look like they are well planned. Care services were very gentle with my husband. It is a beautiful place. The dining service is great. The food looks very good, and my husband enjoys it. I think it is great because it is such a beautiful place. For what we have to pay, it is totally worth it. We are happy with the services and accommodations offerred. I am proud to invite others to visit. Everyone is very respectful and very cordial.

I am happy with the apartment. It is all I need. The nursing staff are accessible and responsive. The transportation vehicle is clean and nice. The management team are very open to talk to you. They are responsive. The maintenance team is good at what they do, and the building is in good condition. The activities are entertaining.

Overall, it has been going very well, and it is very good for my mom as well. I am thankful for the people that work there. They are very attentive. I have seen the people tjat work there and what they do, and they are professional and nice. The housekeepers are doing well. I know who the housekeeper is, ahd she is very nice and helpful. I see the activities, and they are very engaging and helpful. They are well planned. I think the food is good, and there is variety. The services in the dining room are helpful and available. Everything is good.

The management is very friendly and cooperative. They seem to want to help as much as they can. They do activities everyday. The staff there is engaged, and it seems like the residents have a great time. My mom always has clean clothes, and her room seems to be clean all the time. It doesn't smell, the bed is always made, and the bathroom is always clean. The driver is excellent, and I am very pleased with the transportation. I am happy with the care. As far as the dining, they do a good job, and they don't give the residents the same thing everyday.

All the people that work there are very nice, and everybody is very respectful. The food is very well presented, and the service is excellent. I enjoy the activities very much. They had music yesterday, and I loved it. When they clean, they are very good. They have very good transportation. I think the care givers do their best for me. I have no complaints. They can't do any better then what they do right now. I am very satisfied being in this place.
