We chose it for mom because I’ve been there before and my son works there part time and has said good things. It's always clean and staff is friendly. Management has been helpful to my mother and helpful to my brother and I, keeping us involved and informed. The care givers take good care of my mom and call me if there's any problem. Everything seems to be cared for well by maintenance. So far. her room and clothes are clean. The activities and food look good, and the service by wait staff is excellent. Everyone has been very helpful and caring for my mother so far.

Management is very accommodating and helpful. Any question we asked was answered. My dad loves the food. It is great, and the service is fast. He has had a blast at the activities he has gone to. Housekeeping has done a great job. His room is very clean and well kept. They take the trash out when they come. They bring his laundry back folded and put it away. Maintenance is very accommodating. The building is clean, well maintained, and it has no smell. It is very nice. We are very thrilled. They have a great staff that is very caring. This has been a delightful experience and he is happy so far.

I am very gratefuI to this community and all of the people, and administrative and nursing staff that are there. I would recommend this community for myself, which is the highest recommendation you can get. From day one I would have stayed there, it was clean, there was absolutely no smells when you walked in, the people were pleasant, the residents were social and engaging.

The management is very respectful, very knowledgeable and very kind. My mom is enjoying the food very much. The variety looks very nice. They have a wonderful woman that hustles like crazy. Everyone always has two beverages and everything is ready to go when they sit down. Joanne, the activities director, really keeps the residents engaged, My mom enjoys the activities. My mom's room is spotless. My mom responds to the care givers with joy when she sees them. Everybody knows her by name. The residents all look clean and calm. Every time you ring the doorbell, you can find anybody. We are just very pleased with the service.

I think the price is good for what dad gets. The attention the management gives to people there is excellent and they communicate well with me about what's going on. The food is excellent and the activities have been great, he's really social now. Housekeeping does a good job and when dad’s needed things fixed, maintenance is there. It's a beautiful place, I have recommended it many times. I am very satisfied with the care dad gets.

My mom says the food is great. I haven't seen any issues with anything and my mom's room looks well taken care of. They have an ice cream social there every month and my mom loves ice cream. I was shocked by how many people were going and waiting for it to happen. The management staff answered 95% of my questions. If they didn't know something, they would try and get it for me.

The facility is a very warm community. They're always doing things to promote a holiday or make it look inviting. The new wellness director is wonderful. Maintenance will address things in a timely manner. The acitivities director is doing a wonderful job. We're very happy here.

The staff made it extremely easy for us to get her moved in so I'm very appreciative of all the management people there. They really have gone out of their way to assist me. The staff has always been very friendly. You don't see anybody without a smile on their face, they're always very patient with the people there. The apartment cleaning is great and if there's something wrong, they fix it. If there's a problem, the healthcare staff calls immediately and that makes me feel good.

Management has been very helpful and they are very accessible. The food is really good, the activities are accessible if you want to do something and everything is kept clean.

I chose the community because of location, but I also liked the size of it and the staff seemed genuinely concerned for the residents. The healthcare staff has been great, my father enjoys the food and the grounds are well kept. I don't have difficulty having questions answered or reaching someone, so I think it's been a good value because they do a good job overall.
