I appreciate the communication from the management and things have been going great. The activities are good as well. The care givers are doing good and their attitude is great.

The housekeeping is very good and maintenance is always helpful. The caregivers are wonderful, they can't do enough for you. It's excellent.

The new management has definitely been respectful and responsive. My mom uses the transportation to go to doctors appointments and they are very good. The care givers are excellent, they try so hard and they go way beyond.

My aunt loves the food and gets plenty to eat. I think the activities are very good, her apartment is always clean and orderly and her room is always well maintained. The lanscaping is very nice and well kept up. The caregivers are always very attentive to my aunt and to the other residents there.

Management has been great with calling me back. The healthcare staff seem to be very caring and the dining is pretty good. The dining staff are able to take care of my mom, they're very responsive to her needs. They seem to offer a lot of activities.

I liked the location, the way the community looks and that the management was good. It was close to home, reasonably priced, nice ammenities and seemingly nice people and personnel. Management is pretty johnny on the spot. They have done some things that I felt were above and beyond.

My mom is happy and comfortable. This is a really great place and they were the top community out of the six I checked out. I highly respect this place otherwise she wouldn't be here. It is a fantastic place and I couldn't ask for better. The staff here is incredible. Everyone is so friendly and loving.This community has great food. There is something to keep them busy 24/7. They take the residents to the store and on bus rides. It is a really nice place. It is nicer than a Hilton Hotel.

We looked at three different places and it seemed like the care and the quality of the facilities were similar. Crescendo actually had better monthly rates then the other facilities that we were trying to decide between. We liked that the rooms have the own bathroom and shower. Wendy who is the first person that we spoke to has been absolutely fantastic. Wendy has been great. The dining staff have been very accommodating with giving my dad something that he is interested in eating. The people are incredibly nice. The activities are really nice. They went out of their way to pick up some stuff that was specific to what my dad did for so many years. They brought in a dog one day and that thrilled my dad. His room has been beautiful. His bed was made and there was a stuffed animal on the bed. It looked really sweet and inviting and clean in there. The building is very nice and very clean. The med techs have been absolutely fantastic. They seem to really know what is going on.

I am just completely happy here. The food here is excellent. I enjoy the transportation provided that takes us to the doctors and shopping.

My brother and I chose this community for our parents because the way the staff seemed very knowledgeable about Alzheimer's and Dementia. We both felt like they would be safe and comfortable here. Management is keeping me posted. It has been a rough transition for my dad because he is failing. He has had falls and chocking issues. Anytime something happens, they call me. I don't feel like I am being blown off and my questions are being answered. The food smells delicious. My mom is liking it and my dad's appetite has been great. That is great because he didn't have much of an appetite at his last two communities. The variety is good. My mom says the food is good. It looks like there is a good quality of food. I am impressed that they keep the residents busy all day long in memory care. I like that they are keeping my dad busy. The entertainment there is amazing. Someone was singing karaoke and it was really good. They brought my dad over from memory care for it. I take home the schedule so I can be more on top of it after I saw the guy singing. That way I can let my mom know to go to activities. They have outings and my dad has been on two since moving in. My mom loves that they do the laundry. She feels free. The housekeeping looks great on both sides. The laundry in assisted living is good. We requested for the closet doors to be taken off of my mom's closet because they kept getting caught on the clothes. She is happy that the doors are off and that she can see all her clothes. Wendy said that she would have maintenance come up and see if they could find a solution to the problem but they did take the doors off for now. I like the building. It is clean, everything is nice and they have beautiful patio areas. Everything looks great. Another plus is there are no odors. I love that. You can tell the staff really cares about the residents and they treat them nicely. I was in the hallway and listened to a caregiver be so kind and respectful to a resident. They didn't know I was listening to them. Everybody has been great and thorough. They have all done their jobs. Mom likes to drink wine but they are concerned about how much she drinks because she is on an anti-depressant. I had to get a doctor's order that she could have one glass of wine a night.
