All the meals looked balanced and the service is fine. They accommodate everyone, even those with special requests. Martin does a good job with maintenance and he fixes everything on time. Everything looks very clean there.

Management has been excellent, the food looks fine and it is presented to the residents well. My mom's room and the main areas are kept immaculate. All of our interactions have been positive, she is very happy here. and I think the value is excellent. If anyone was in this area is looking for a place for their parent I would be very happy to recommend Regency Palms.

I think it's a fair price for all the services that they provide him. They're very informative and let us know what's going on. We have been invited to their brunches and it's restaurant quality. He participates in a lot of the activities and he appears in a lot of their videos. They like to keep them active and out of their room doing some type of activity.

With the bang for your buck and value for dollar, I don't think you'll find a better value out there than this community, especially for the level of service, cleanliness, and dignity. The people working have very good skills in knowing that residents forget things and that something they do isn't on purpose. It's pretty much a new building, and I like the their decor choices. Everything gets in the laundry, the room looks very nice, and I haven't smelt a bad smell, which I cannot say of any other place we visited. They really try to get the families out to participate in activities and other community's activities don't hold a candle. With dining, if it were a restaurant, we'd go there and the prices are well worth what you get. Overall, the management is nice, and I have never had any problems with anything at all. There isn't anything not to like, and I tell others that it's the greatest place ever.

The food is nutritious and good. It is a very clean place. It seeems like the place to be. The care staff is accessible and responsive. The dining service is good. I would say the place is pretty valuable. It is a popular place. It's very clean, and there's lots of things to do. I think they have it going on. They are doing a good job.

A 'Place for Mom' recommended it for dad, and when I saw it, I felt I would live there. I love that the care staff they notice when he's not quite himself at times. He's only been there a short time, a little over a week, and I was surprised they're that in-tune with him. He was wandering to find a way out, so now they keep him busy. The caregivers make sure they eat well and encourage them if they're nitpicky or not drinking. Housekeeping keeps his apartment very clean, come consistently, and make sure his laundry is done. The managers are very accommodating and able to answer questions. It's a fair price for what they do, the food they get, and the care. They develop real relationships with residents.

The staff is excellent and I see a lot of teamwork, they're really taking care of the residents. The food there is excellent, Chef Alex is wonderful. The healthcare staff is outstanding, they call me with every possible thing that they need to.

We chose it because we liked the way it looked and we were pleased after the tour. Management has been good and they address concerns. My mother says she hasn't had anything she hasn't liked yet during the dining experience. Everything in the apartment is working and I have no problems with the building maintenance. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.

Overall, she is delighted to be there. They do extra things like if I take her out to a doctors appointment and we don’t get back until after dinner they always save her a plate. She has a great time with the things that are going on. The care givers are very nice, very professional and very friendly.

We chose this community because it was clean, they had good people, and looked like a close knit support group. There is stuff to be involved in everyday in activities.
