Management is responsive if we need something from them and they are really accessible. There is always enough menu variety, they have a big menu and the servers do really well. They have a lot of activities and things for the families and they have a good variety of outings. Housekeeping does a good job and if my dad needs something washed then we just set it out and they take care of it. Maintenance gets right on things and take care of them. Everything is kept clean in the building and the lawn is cut. The caregivers work well with my dad.

I think for what she's getting, the value is very good. The caregivers do a very, very good job. I'm very happy with the caregivers that are there. Keith is the manager there. He's there on different hours; different shifts. I think he does a very effective job.

The care staff does the best they can with my mother's unique situation. The medical staff seems to be a good medical staff. Everything works pretty well in her room. They always make sure that they see if my mother wants something to eat during dining. The director is always responsive to my needs. I have his personal cell phone number. My mom is definitely safe in this community. The residents are being treated well, and the entire staff works well. The place is definitely a really good place.

My family and I chose this community because the residents can walk around safetly, the outdoor area is nice, and the price is great for the value. Everything is fine with the care. The room is very clean, and they keep up with the laundry. There are a lot of activities available. The food is just fine, and the dining staff is very respectful. The director is friendly. She was one of the reasons we chose the community.

Management is always helpful, as far as if you have any questions. They are quick to get back with you. They work with you to try and achieve your goals. She is getting much better food now then when she was home by herself before she went there. The staff are helpful to her and other guests as well. There are several residents who need more help than others, and they are cutting up their food and helping them when needed. They always have something going on. They keep them busy. It seems thought out. Nursing does a good job communicating together and with me. The whole building is clean and maintained, and looks nice.

Keith is very responsive and tries to do a lot for the community. He tries to set up activities and meetings with family members. He is very quick to try and handle issues you bring up as family members. They have a good variety with the desserts and vegetables in dining. I know they have a lot of activities. They really get the families involved. Every month with the bill they send us a calendar with all the activities. The repairs get done pretty fast. The building is kept clean. I have no complaints with care. They call me all the time when they have appointments and they always provide information.

Keith is a fantastic director. He is very in tune with the invidiual resident needs and calls me if there is a concern. Whenever I am there and need to talk to him, he is easy to talk to. They are doing a great job with the activities. They will take them out, and she seems to have something going on for them throughout the week. The care staff is fantastic. If there is an issue with him, they will call me. They are always on top of his medications. I think they are doing a great job. I think it is great and I am very, very pleased with the facility and the management team. The whole team is fantastic.

The value for the money in the Atlanta area is great. When I was looking for a place for him, I was very surprised at that. They staff are always very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them for being able to put up with him. God bless those people that work with that population. The aides and med techs all seem fine and helpful. I am very happy with the people that work in the activities department. They are always very friendly and helpful. The dining staff work really well with him. Overall, I am happy.

They absolutely care about my wife, and they do the right things for her. The community is beautiful, and the newly renovated building is always clean and well maintained.

The new Director is doing a very nice job. He is usually there on the weekends, which isn't something you normally see, so that is a plus and he is very hands on. The care is pretty good and if they don't know an answer, they're quick to find someone who does. They do a good job of keeping the community clean and I always see someone going around cleaning rooms. All in all, she is in good hands and I have no concerns about her well being, so I'd be willing to recommend the community to others because I've been pretty satisfied.
