Peachtree Creek

Management seems wonderful. My grandmother seems to really enjoy the food and they tend to do really well at serving. The activities, housekeeping and the building is always great. The aides are absolutely wonderful to her and she loves the people here. She seems to really enjoy it and I am glad she is here.

Management has been so accommodating for me and has really been extremely helpful with anything I have needed them for. The overall building looks nice and they have such nice outdoor areas. My husband is comfortable and I know he is safe. I

I feel like the management does good work. I have really liked Kylie within in the business office; she is great. Essie who is at the front desk is really great too.The chef is very friendly and seems to care about the residents. The activities director is great about communcating. She has a variety of activities and she seems to care about the residents. In regards to the maintenance, I feel like they do a good job at keeping on top of things that need to be fixed up. They are pretty proactive. Suzette the med tech is fantastic.

I needed something and I didn't really shop around. I think she is definitely safe and as comfortable as she can be. I feel she is 100% safe. When I ask my mom about the food she says it is good. The activities that they do when they go outside of the facility are good. The facility looks very nice. I think the care givers are very attentive. My mother is there and I am never worried about her being there. I think they are doing what I expect and I think she is taken care of.

I feel like he is comfortable and safe there, safer there than he was at my home. They are very good about dealing with the patients and are very tolerant with them all. Eunice, the nurse, has been very forthcoming with me. She has told me about any kind of problems and she has responded to any of my inquiries. She is very good at dealing with my father and he is a difficult person. Eunice has helped me with some problems and taken care of what needs to be taken care of. All the staff is very kind to my father. The Executive Director has gone above and beyond every time. I am really impressed with him.

Management is very responsive and hands on and they have activities every day. In terms of dining, it's probably better than most institutional eating operations.

The money for the value was perfect. Everyone was very nice. The activities they offered looked good. The maintenance of the building was just fine. They took excellent care of my dad. It was a good experience the short time we were there.

My dad is safe and comfortable there, the nursing and care staff are accessible and responsive in his experience. The management team is okay. I have no complaints about Peachtree Creek.

I am pretty happy with how things are going with my mom's care. They are doing a good job as far as I am concerned. She likes the food a lot. She says it is wonderful. That is one of the things she likes the most about the community. Maintenance is doing well and I ahve been happy with the new housekeeping.
