My mother loves it at the community and we have been totally satisfied with the care from all the way to the receptionist. The bathroom and apartment is always clean. The healthcare staff is always so friendly, she talks about them all the time and they always visit with her. Everybody seems to enjoy what they're doing activity wise. My mom says the food is great and whenever we come for something going on, the food is real good. Management has kept us up to date on everything with the virus and if my sister or I call, they call us back as soon as they can. Overall, I have always felt safe with her there.

Management is respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. The caregivers are very good and have been very attentive, helpful, and keep us informed. We are very happy here.

The food always looks good, they always seem to be doing activities with the residents and the building is always really clean. The caregivers are always very courteous and take care of my father. The price here is average.

Everything is going fantastic, and they are taking good care of my mother and I. She has improved a lot since being here. The caregivers are all very polite and knowledgeable, and management goes out of their way to sit down with you, help you, and make sure you understand everything. They are extremely knowledgeable. The food is excellent, the activities are very good, the housekeeping is good, and the laundry and maintenance is excellent. When I call maintenance, they get to me as soon as they can and they work with you. This community does a lot for what they charge.

The food is good and they offer a lot of activities. She's getting all the care she needs and we've got no complaints.

I want to eat there every day! The servers are fabulous. I love the way they bring the food out and present it. I see them managing needs well, things are properly cut up, people are accommodated. Housekeeping is fabulous, everything looks picked up. I cannot say enough positive things about the CNAs. I have been really impressed with all the care givers, and I love the nurses. I feel the level of care has been outstanding. Everything is fabulous, we are happy.

The aides have been accessible and when we ask for something, they have been very good.

Compared to other places we are getting what we are paying for. It seems like a safe place to me and he hasn't had any problems. He is happier here than he was at home. Management does what they need to do and they answer my questions right away. My father seems to enjoy the food and he never goes hungry. The food is quite tasty. This community has a lot of activities. It is a pretty hopping place. The housekeeping has been going quite well. He always has clean clothes on and his room is always clean. The building is always clean, the grass is always cut and the snow is always plowed. As far as I know the transportation was good when my dad used it. The care has been going very well. He gets his meds when he needs them and they help him bathe three times a week. They help him get to the barber shop when he needs that.

Mom is very happy with her apartment. They do a good job with activities, maintenance and care. There is a calendar published every month and then on the white board in the dining room the day's activities are listed. The management staff is very responsive.

My sister has been there for two years and she gets around okay. They've been good and I've been pleased. She loves the food and likes the activities. Maintenance is helpful, housekeeping is good, and the care givers are respectful. I like it very well.
