The people in management are outgoing and friendly and the activities are wonderful.

I like the dining and mom likes it. There's good choices and the service is quick and efficient. Mom enjoys what activities she has done. I see the calendar and I see the lists on the wall and the bingo and stuff always looks good.

The management staff has always been up front with us. They've been sweet about everything. They are great. The dining has been good. The place is always clean. The care staff does a fine job with him. They are also just really attentive to him, they are great.

The apartment is designed well. It's cozy, I'd move in there myself. McKenzie and Mary in management are always so concerned and making sure mom is okay. I am so impressed with the activities. They are always interesting and seasonal, like they went on an outing to Cardinals baseball. The room and clothes are always spotless and done well. The grass is so nicely cut, there are hundreds of tulips all over, it's immaculate. They take care of her, they are on top it. It's a great quality of life for their last chapter.

The management was good, the food was always good quality and the housekeeping was fine. Housekeeping and maintenance did a good job. We enjoyed the transportation very much.

We like the way they are handling the things she needs the most. We like the diet and the attention she is getting and them making sure she is getting the proper care. The one thing that she needed was to get out and communicate with other people. She has enjoyed everything that she has participated in. The housekeepers have kept the apartment clean and have taken out the trash when they should. Whenever we have had questions we have been able to get in touch with the care givers and they have handled the questions satisfactorly.

All of the healthcare staff know what they're talking about and they always took care of dad. The services that everyone provided was exceptional.

I haven't really had any problems with the apartment, but the maintenance staff is always here if we need them. Also, since they painted and put in new carpeting, the community doesn't look like it's from the 80s, but rather from the 21st century. The dining room servers are just wonderful and the activities at the community are fine.

All in all we've been very pleased, McKenzie is lovely and well respected, she's one of the main reasons we' ve been as happy as we have with Park Place. Maintenance does an outstanding job, the building looks wonderful, everything looks very crisp, all the lights are working, I think they do an outstanding job. My mom is as happy as she can be, the staff I've interacted with has been lovely, they've been wonderful.

We chose this communtiy for my father because it is the best in the area.The management are thorough, willing to help, caring and compassionate. The dining is wonderful, the housekeeping is great and the maintenance team has done a good job so far. The caregivers are just outstanding. They are very on top of things which I appreciate.
