My mom takes part in so much there, all the card games, the bingo. Whatever is going on, she usually participates, she's very social and enjoys having all that to do. The cleaning staff has been great and maintenance has always been very attentive. Management pays attention to comments and suggestions. Everybody in the service staff there is very good, mom always praises all the people that work there, they're great.

To this day, my Dad will tell me how happy he is there and he is happy with the choice he made. We couldn't ask for anything nicer. My Dad has nothing but positive things to say about the food. He is pleased with the number of choices and quality they offer. There seems to be a wide variety of activities and he enjoys the bingo and some of the evening activities.

I thought they did a good job with the activities. The housekeeping and laundry service was good and maintenance was quick with the response to requests. The dining department did a good job of taking care of my sister's needs.

I think the place is wonderful and has outstanding staff. The Activities Director has a variety of activities that she does regularly. Housekeeping and laundry are perfect. We never ran into any issue; I can’t say enough good about the whole place.

Management and the front desk are the best people, very nice and accommodating, they are really great. I found the care givers to be excellent. My aunt never complains about the food and she is satisfied with dining service. The transportation there is very good and accommodating. Housekeeping comes once a week and always keeps her room clean and maintenance has helped with little issues she had.

It sounds like there's a nice variety of activities going on there. She has used the transportation service and was satisfied. It is a beautiful, safe community.

It feels very homey and I feel my mom is safe. The managers are awesome, we’re satisfied with the food and the activities sound fun.

The director of the pre-memory care unit returns our calls promptly. She really knows her residents and reaches out to their family members. The dining room is open and spacious and the food is wonderful. There is a lot of music therapy here and my mother really enjoys that. Her apartment is clean, the laundry is being done promptly and the building is very nice. Everybody here has been very kind and good with my mother.

I just have to say that they people that work there, almost without exception, are really very decent, hard working, good people. The team there, by and large, are folks that care about the residents and I don't think you see that often. Debbie he has just been so helpful to me and Dad. When we have had questions or concerns about the best options are for him she has come through beautifully. She has helped us understand legal issues, management issues, the different services that Park Place offers. She has helped guide us in an amazing way. In addition to that, she treats Dad like he is her grandfather. She is so kind to him, helpful and supportive of him. It is amazing to watch.

My father and grandmother were in places years before, but this community is by far better than what they experienced. We're very happy with management and the lady at the desk is great. My father in law enjoys the trips and could do even more if he really wanted to.
