Park Place Senior Living at WingHaven

We love it here and I'd definitely recommend it to other people. The caregivers are great, just the best. The building looks great and it's always well kept. I go there a lot and see things are always done.

I really enjoy my apartment. I overlook the courtyard and it's nice. The building looks excellent and they offer a lot to do. We've got a lot of card players and bingo players.

I myself feel safe and comfortable with my mom there. Mom loves the bus driver, she says the transportation service is great and there is always something going on, plenty each day, and she likes going to the activities, it's fun.

The director is a great source of information on what’s going on with mom and a great problem solver. Housekeeping is always great and all the maintenance men and women are friendly and available, and respond when you need them. They keep the building in great shape.

I've never heard her complain about the dining. I really like the fact they have a little Happy Hour before dinner. I thought that was a nice little feature. I think they have quite a few activities and I know she loves Pokeno. The building is in perfect shape all the time. She uses the transportation service once or twice a week. They seem to work with her schedule whatever that tends to be.

The managers are readily available to my mother and to me. She participates in a lot of activities, does a lot of different things there, and the food and servers are very good.

Management is responsive and get back to you immediately, so I haven't had any problems with them at all. The outside appears nice and the healthcare girls are usually on top of things, so I am totally comfortable with her there. Overall, she feels safe and the staff takes excellent care of her.

I wouldn’t change a thing about the place. It seems they have thought about every little thing so I would say it's a good value. We are very happy with the place, it's been great for mom. Maintenance is on top of things, the place is kept up great, and housekeeping is really good. Mom does a little of everything, they have a wide variety of activities. The wait staff is very patient and the food is great, we love it. The place runs real well. We love everything about the community.

The concierge staff are to wonderful people and it's comforting to know when they're there because they love what they do. They just did a large refurbishing with new carpeting and paint, so the place looks really, really nice. The Chef has catered a couple of events, so he is wonderful and good to work with. Overall, it's at market price and my father feels comfortable, so I recommend it all the time.

The community is comfortable, safe, well lighted and the building is tidy, so it's a nice place. The staff goes out of their way to help and they treat the residents like people. They really have a handle on how to treat us here.
