My dad feels safe and comfortable because there is no way someone can get into that building. You have to have a code to get in at night, which is another reason he feels so safe. It is very locked down. He likes the food. He is actually gaining weight, which is a good thing. They keep his room clean. When I go in they keep it spotless. They do his laundry and he doesn't have any complaints. They are doing a great job there. The building is clean and it doesn't smell. Hands down I would recommend it. It is very easy for the senior citizens there.

We compared prices and they were very comparable to other communities. They clean my father's room every 2 weeks and they offer to change his sheets. Maintenance helped my father install a rail near the toilet and he calls the community the Hilton. There is a wide variety of activities at the community. My father enjoys the movies and men’s lunches. It's been a good experience so far.

After we moved in, my mother had guidance on where to go which was nice. There is a wide variety of activities at the community. My mother enjoys the games and happy hour. Maintenance is responsive. The day my mother moved in, the toilet didn't work and they fixed it right away. All the aides and nurses are very kind and attentive towards my mothers. I am very satisfied.

I think the healthcare services are good. They're very helpful. Everything has gone very well. The management’s communication is good; they're very attentive and cooperative. If I go over and say I want something for my aunt, it's not a problem. Nothing seems to be a problem; they'll do it for you if it's possible.

The management shows empathy to the residents' and the problems they present. We're happy with the food. We are satisfied with the activities. They just added a new activity employee and she is doing very well. The cleaning is definitely good. Maintenance has been responsive and capable as well as the building itself looks good. I think the price is reasonable for what we are getting here.

My mother absolutely loves it there! The food that she likes, she absolutely loves. I like that it is plentiful and it seems to be healthy. She does everything at the community and they really keep her busy. Everything looks good and we really haven't had any complaints. She is still getting a good bang for her buck, so I would say we are satisfied.

The management has been very professional and great. The food is very good and tasty as well as the staff that serves is very accommodating. The outings they do are good and they invite the residents out for activities. They have the calendar posted all around the community and they're always willing to listen to suggestions. The housekeeping is great. From the rooms to the hallways, it's all fantastic and he appreciates the laundry services. The caregivers are all fantastic and helpful. We really appreciate them all.

The value of it is pretty good in comparison to the six places we looked at. We've dealt a lot with McKenzie, Mona, and Mary from the healthcare staff. I would give them all a perfect rating. They go above and beyond their jobs. My mom has used the bus a couple times for trips to go out to eat with a group. The only comment she has made is that the driver is very helpful with helping people in and out of the bus. She really appreciates the activities because she likes to play the games. She does like going out to eat; I know they take them out once in a while which she is enjoying. It is a very nice community and we are thankful for them.

You pay for really good service. It’s money well spent. The person who drives the shuttle is wonderful and I feel very lucky to have them. Maintenance is super helpful. Once they were able to identify the problem we had they fixed it that hour. I love that there is a pool there for my mom that is a good asset. It seems to me like there is always something going on. I ate there for a week and I thought it was excellent. I think management does a good job and it gives me peace of mind having her there.

The people hired to serve in the dining room are great and amazing. The cook comes out with some incredible meals for such a large crowd and he does the best job he can. Housecleaning is always consistent. Maintenance will usually come to help you that same day or a few days later depending on what you called them for, so it has been good. The landscaping, hallways and bathrooms are maintained at the community.
