Park Place Senior Living at WingHaven

My mother has been at the community for about a year now. The food is always presented nicely and the service is good. We've had no problems with housekeeping and I would say that the care staff has been pretty responsive to her.

The service is good from what I can tell. They are offering the appropriate type of activities for memory care. Anytime I have popped in, she has had just a small amount in her laundry basket. All of her clothes are hung up and folded. Everything seems okay. It always seems very clean and well taken care of. Her bed is always made. When we moved her in we had trouble with the cable connection. They were very quick to respond and come fix it. They are pretty strong, staff wise, in the memory care unit. It has been really great. My aunt seems to enjoy living there and she is happy.

The people at the desk are fantastic. The service in the dining room is good. There are a lot of activities and the housekeeping is pretty good. The housekeepers come every two weeks and if I want something special done I just have to tell them. The bus rides are great. The men that drive the bus are very accommodating. They are careful and make you feel like you are being watched over which is good. It's been great and I've recommended it to a lot of people. The value is good. It is better than what I had at another community. You get what you pay for which I like. I feel very safe and comfortable.

We liked the way it looked and everyone had good feedback. The main reason though is because they had two bedrooms! The caretakers are wonderful with my parents. The Maintenance guys were there at the appointment for all our decorations. They hung up everything and were great. They were super nice too. Everything has been excellent. Everybody has been great, very nice, and professional.

Overall, it's been a good experience so far and it's a really nice place and I don't have anything to say 100% negative on anything. I like it; otherwise I wouldn't have put my mom there. Becky in management is very nice and was one of the reasons why we chose it. The dining looks wonderful and the experience looks very good. Before we got into the room, they fixed the AC. I would think the healthcare services are pretty good. I met a lot of the staff and they're very friendly and helpful.

It's a wonderful value for the price. They take them to the grocery store, offer monthly birthday parties, there's a men's group, and many other activities available. I think my dad has a busier social calendar than myself. I read the menus every week. I think there's a good variety. I've eaten there during the holiday events, and I'm pleased with the food. The management staff has been great and is right on things if they need to be fixed. The driver is great and has been very accommodating with his schedule. He loves Park Place and wishes he would have moved there sooner. He's met so many lovely people.

I've been here since 2000 and I think they're doing a good job here. The management staff team is very caring. The food is okay. The service is very good. I think the housekeepers are fine and the maintenance group does very well. The vehicle is always nice and clean. I recommended it and my sister-in-law just moved into memory care.

The management staff is doing everything right. There is a good variety of activities available. Housekeeping is good. The maintenance team is quick to respond and keep the building looking good. I am very well pleased.

I think we are very happy with everything that she gets for the price. We really feel that they keep her safe. The building is lovely. The gal that runs the activities is great! The food is great and the variety is nice. I really want to commend Mackenzie. She's been a rock for everyone. She makes my family and I feel like VIPs. You can't ask for more than that.

Debbie and her staff are the best of the best. They know their residents. They make sure there's enough for the resident's to do, and they participate in the activities with them. If I ever have any concerns in regards to management, I talk to them and they take care of it right away. I've eaten there numerous times, and it's great. The people who work there are friendly and accommodating. They even decorate the dining area for the holidays. They keep the residents busy and do a great job coming up with ways to keep the residents engaged. The fact that they take them places is great.
