Park Place Senior Living at WingHaven

My mom likes at Park Place and I think the building is very beautiful. She loves all of the activities they have and she loves the food there. Everyone in management is very helpful and very thorough with everything. I have been very pleased.

My parents were both in Independent, dad is still there, mom switched to Memory Care. Debbie, who runs IL is fantastic. If it wasn’t for her, they wouldn’t be there. She goes above and beyond. McKenzie, who runs Memory Care is excellent too. They are just super people, they are the reason we stay and have had a good experience. There's lots of fun options for dad to choose activities to do. The way the clothes come back from laundry on hangers or folded nicely is impressive. Maintenance is good. They're always updating, fixing, or painting something. Transportation has been great, very helpful. The drivers are awesome. The staff is fantastic, it's a really nice place.

I toured like six different facilities before I picked Park Place and just thought for the money there was a lot to offer there. I just really liked the total package, the facility is really pretty, the staff seems very friendly, and I liked the layout of the place. I went around and talked to some of the residents and they all seemed very happy .Everything is great so far. We're very happy with it so far. The caretakers are very, very nice and they're very attentive and that kind of thing. They have a lot of activities going on. It's varied, so there are a lot of things for the residents to pick from. The dining area is very pretty and nice, the staff is very pleasant and quick to bring you whatever you ask for. She likes it a lot. Everyone there always says everyone is so kind and nice and helpful and my aunt feels that way too.

I live at the community with my husband and I can say that the staff team is very attentive and respectful. Especially the healthcare team, they're very nice. They do very nice exercises and I really don’t know the other activities but the exercise is excellent! I like it, my husband likes it too.

Walking into this place is like a breath of fresh air. They've been outstanding! I've been very impressed with how they take her to her doctor's appointments. I feel it’s a good price. There has never been a maintenance issue. I guess they're proactive enough to not have issues. The management has been wonderful. I haven't had any issues with them whatsoever

The people are very compasionate and very kind. They do a good job and I'm very pleased with their services. There's a good menu variety. The portions for the residents seem to be the right amount.

I've talked to and met with some of the people that interface with Nancy and it appears that they're real concerned with her well being and take care of her. Maintenance has done things for us that I appreciate and it's all done in a timely manner. Very well maintained and attractive facility. They have a variety of games and entertainment. The food is very well presented, it’s a good quality food, tasty food and consistent with Nancy's diet

The care is good.

The Management is always there for me. If I ever need something, I go to them and they take care of it. My dad just fell and the care staff was right there for me, and that's what I like. When I put my dad in there, they care enough to care for him. My father doesn't really do many of the activities, but the music programs are good. Overall, it's been good.
