Park Place Senior Living at WingHaven

The care staff are very kind, do a good job, and always notify us when there are any changes with my father. The dining room menu selections are good and he enjoys them, and the wait staff is good with him. The administrative team are wonderful, and housekeeping is going good too. We're really happy.

It has been 18 years since my mom moved into this community and I think the manangement seems to always be there if there is an issue and they take care of it right away. They are always open to the difference of what the residents need. They go beyond to make everything right. We haven't had a bad worker. They are doing a good job for my mom. My mom says she likes all of the food. Mary makes up the calendar. Carrie and Melissa and Kelly keep the people occupied and bring in music. They seem to stay on top of it. The maintenance is going good. Any issues that we have had are taken care of in a timely manner.

One thing we like about Park Place is we feel mom is safe and she's comfortable there. Management and maintenance has been good, the activities are great, and housekeeping comes every other week and does a good job.

I think Katie, who is in charge of the activities at Park Place tries real hard to get everyone envolved. The activities are good. I use the transportation services that are offered and they are excellent. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My family thinks that for what I am getting, it has been worth it so they have been happy that I am here and that it's safe. The management have always been real nice, the food is good and they have a lot of activities if you're interested in them. I am glad they have transportation because they take me to church service on Sundays. The drivers are very nice and they're always very helpful, they make sure everyone gets on being very considerate of you. All in all, I am satisfied and I like my little place.

Mom is having the time of her life here and has made a lot of new friends. She absolutely loves playing Polish poker on Tuesdays and she went on her first bus ride to the boat house and she really enjoyed herself. She loves the food here and I don't think she misses a meal. Her apartments is nice and I think the size of it suits her just fine. My husand and I say she has laughed more now than she has in the last three years and I am just glad she is over there and safe.

We were referred to this community and the communication with management has been wonderful. Mom raves about the food from the dining department, she loves it. I have met quite a few people from the care team and it seems like they all like what they do. From day one, the meeting to now, everything has been taken care of and I can't complain.

The residents are constantly kept busy during the day and my mom has gone on a few outings and that seems to go real well. The laundry is done on a timely basis and the meals seem to be very well balanced. My mother feels safe and comfortable at the community and they offer Pre Memory Care.

My mother moved into this community because it was beautiful and it was one of the few places that would let my mom have a cat. They have a really nice staff there and were good at communication from the get go. The price is excellent because I have seen places that charge the same or more but they are not nearly as nice as this community. Becky, in management, is really good about getting back to me about things. She is great and does a fantastic job. My mom says the food is pretty good. The dining department provides a decent variety of foods. This communtiy seems to have all kinds of activities and my mom is joining in which I was not sure she would do. My mother says housekeeping comes everyday and they do a pretty good job. When my mother's toilet stopped, maintenance came right away to fix it. The caregivers seem on it, very attentive, conscientious and kind. My mother seems to be really happy with them. This is a really good community.

The building is excellent. It's a great value. Management gives quick replies, have knowledge, and are helpful. The food is good. There are a lot of activities going on. It's immaculate, it's beautiful. We love it, it's a really nice place. It's clean and smells good, they do a nice job. McKenzie, the Director over in nursing, is really good, they call. It's excellent and the people who are there are great. They know how to run a ship.
