Debbie in the management department is outstanding. She treats everyone like the individual they are and is an asset to the community. The building is beautiful and the care and transportation staff were always very helpful and great. Her apartment was also beautiful. My mom was there about thirteen years and was very happy.

The management of the community is great ,and the girls at the desk are excellent. I don't hesitate to ask for anything, and the people are very accommodating. If I need anything maintenance wise, the man is fantastic and takes care of anything. The transportation service is satisfactory, and the drivers are excellent. The community tries to keep you busy with activities and the activity director is very good. All in all, it's a great place to live. I love my apartment and the help is efficient. Overall, I have always felt safe and comfortable and never had a worry about anything at the community.

There is wonderful management here, and the servers in the dining area are fantastic. In regards to housekeeping, I have a real good gal that comes in every two weeks. She is wonderful. They have plenty of activities for the residents to do. They do a great job.

Things seem to run very smoothly there. The management really have it where there are no problems to solve. Their activities are really good. They have some really good activities that they plan. The housekeeping is perfect. The place is perfect, and I am really impressed by it.

My mom has always been really happy with the management here. She loves the activities. She just loves her housekeeper. She says that she does a great job. My mom has always had good luck with anything that she needed to have fixed by maintenance. My mom is very happy. We feel she is perfectly safe, and we are happy she moved here. Things are going well.

The housekeeping and maintenance services are good. The activities are good. I think the management team is the best. I really haven't had any concerns. I have no complaints at all.

We have only really dealt with one person in management, but she made my mom feel at home, answered all questions, was very professional and friendly, and was willing to do whatever she needed for my mom to be comfortable there. She says the food and dining service is very good. There are a lot of things and variety of activities to do. Housekeeping did a very good job, and maintenance is really good. He comes rather quickly if there is something wrong, and the building is very clean. Compared to other places we checked, the value here is better for what you get. The friendliness of the people and the food adds to the value quite a bit. She likes her apartment. It is a good size for her, and this community is going very well for her.

I feel comfortable approaching management and the maintenance team helped us within the next day or two after a work request. She's very happy there.

They do a good job with the housekeeping, and she seems to be happy with it. The maintenance staff seems to answer her calls within a timely manner. They get whatever complaint she has fixed. In regards to transportation, she is really happy with the drivers, and they get her where she needs to go. She hasn't complained about management. I don't think my mother in law has a problem with anything. She is happy.

I like the maintenance department. They are on the spot to change lightbulbs or fix plugs or faucets. They always greet my mom by name. The common rooms are always nice, and they're well appointed. That's partly why we chose Park Place. I know Katie, the activities director, works really hard to get activities going. They have a lot of different things. I have no problem with the activities. The dining room always looks nice. The service is always good. The servers are nice. The variety is good. The management is available whenever you need them. They're friendly. They know what's going on. Nothing is ever a surprise to them. I just think they do their job. We're pleased.
