When she moved in, her refirgerator broke, and maintenance fixed it right away. That worked out great. I think it's a wonderful place. It's beautiful. They decorated, and it's kept very nice. The housekeeping is great. My mother in law enjoys just sitting there and letting them do all the work. Every time I have been in there, it looks as clean as can be. It's very nice. It sounds like the entertainment and group activities and stuff are fun. She seems to enjoy that. From what my mother in law says, the management team really loves her. They are willing to work with her to keep her happy. Everything is great. There's a very good chance I would recommend it.

Debby, the executive director, is so caring and compassionate. She wants to give each individual resident the best care and support possible. Brenda, our housekeeper, always goes above and beyond and is always asking what she can do. She comes every two weeks. Maintenance goes a good job with the building. My mom lives in one of the two penthouses, which are the most expensive apartments, but I still feel like the price is reasonable. She has a two bedroom apartment and has the most square footage in the place. It is very good.

The management team really knows my Mother. They respect her, treat her as an individual instead of another resident, and go out of their way to engage her in topics she's interested in. The quality of the room, meals, and overall services is a good value which is why we've stayed a long time. The community really welcomes you and my Mom has been very happy. That is priceless.

I think the dining is good. Mom has some specific dietary needs and they are working with us to address that. Mom has been struggling lately and they've stepped up and addressed her needs, which I appreciate. I would say they respond to her within a couple to five minutes. Usually within a couple minutes. I think the value here is very good.

I am content here. There is always something going on in activities. I never stop. They offer a good variety of things to do. The housekeepers are very congenial and they do a good job. I think maintenance does a wonderful job. They painted the whole place last year and it looks beautiful.

Overall, the management seems to be very effective. In regards to the maintenance, anytime she has said that she has a light bulb out they are right there and are very friendly. The buiilding is in excellent condition.

My mother will be there almost 4 years and at that time, the building and services were picked because we thought it was a good fit for her. Since, the value has been fine. There is a transportation schedule and both, the grounds and exterior are well maintained. She loves her housekeeper and when she wanted her place deep cleaned, it was responded to perfectly. The activities are great, there is a variety of things and they have a good Activity Director that she is very happy with. The menu variety during dining is great and the service girls work hard. I have overheard some of the meetings the administrator has had with the residents and she handles herself well. Overall, I have recommended it many times because our experience has been better than we expected it to be.

Management is always very accommodating, helpful and caring to every need that my mother has. My mother is pleased with the food, the dining service is excellent and she enjoys a lot of the activities. When she has little things happen maintenance comes right up to take care of it. The value here is good.

The management is very accommodating. Becky was very responsive to my phone calls. It is nice to have people who understand what the family is going through and what you are talking about when putting a family member in memory care. It made it feel easy to make the decision to move forward with Park Place. The dining is outstanding. It is nice to see table cloths. It is that generation where they appreciate linen table cloths for dinner and china for the place settings. Every dinner comes with a cup of soup. Everything has been great with housekeeping and laundry and the staff is very receptive.The care has all been great and they have been real receptive to getting care. They offer a medical professional. One of the big thing that they offer is a podiatrist. It is especially nice for the elderly. That is so refreshing to hear that. The care givers that they have hired actually care for each one of them. You can see the respect that is given to the elderly and you can tell that they care. You can't put a price on that. I truly appreciate the facility.

My father has sinced moved out of the community, but his apartment space was wonderful. The healthcare staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and so caring. They knew him by name and were really good. Maintenance was very reponsive and was always there when you needed him. The building looked excellent with the decorations. It was phenomenal. Housekeeping services cleaned very well, and I was always impressed. I thought the dining was pretty good. They were trying to satisfy the seniors' needs, and my father always got what he wanted. Management was respectful, knowledgeable, and accessible, and they returned calls within 24 hours. Overall, for the money, he got excellent care. It's probably one of the better in the area.
