I am satisfied with the services my parents are provided at the community. My mom is in a bible study and book club, and she has really enjoyed it having made some friends. They have new roofing as well as new carpeting and furniture out in the common areas. The management is respectful, knowledgeable and accessible. They're doing a really good job with COVID. They both feel safe and comfortable. Overall, they really like it there.

They are doing a great job at the community with my mother. Everything is in great shape in her apartment and the building is always in good condition. Maintenance is very responsive. Debbie and her management team are wonderful and they embrace the residents like they are family. Brandy in the dining room is excellent and very accomodating with the residents. There are always activities going on and the housekeeping cleans her apartment regularly. Shout out to Debbie, Kate, Miriam, Alice, Ted, Randy, Russ and Gary. They are all wonderful. I would recommend this community to anyone!

My mother is in a good place and the entire staff down there is awesome. Their driver is in tune with the residents and he is very patient with them. Any time she needs anything done, she turns in the order and the maintenance staff come as quickly as they can. There is something for everyone activity wise and she has participated in most of them. Housekeeping services don't just run out of the door. She's happy with her 3 meals a day and says that they feed her really good. Management meets everybody's needs. They're just all really good and that is all I care about.

Everybody has been wonderful. The man that hung up pictures was going to hang up a towel racks, he was very good and very pleasant. His name is Gary. He helped them set the TV up and all. They are very happy with the food in dining. They used the transportation for several doctors appointments and that worked very well.

We chose this place for my parents because of the level of service they could offer compared to the competiting community in the area. They have the key fobs and extra levels of service available. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Their maintenance man is a very attentive and safety-oriented guy, doing everything he can to assist the residents. With the professionalism of the housekeeping, they take care of the floors, dust and do the showers. They go down to listen to music and they say the dining is good. Management has been outstanding having been involved with everything from assessments to just being truthful. All in all, they feel safe, comfortable and I think it's a good community for the money.

The experience has been wonderful. My mother is very comfortable, loves her apartment and everything. The maintenance staff get stuff done really fast for her and the building maintenance is satisfactory. The housekeepers are pleasant, get the job done fast and she enjoys them. The cleaning is done consistently and she has never had a complaint. She really enjoys their pokeno and the music activities. She says the waitresses and servers are wonderful. Management is accessible, responsive and she loves the girls at the front desk. Overall, she loves it at the community. As a financial advisor, when people are looking for a place like that, I tell them about it.

We are very happy that we moved Dad here. I have seen the food and it looks great, they have all sorts of activities going on and housekeeping keeps everything neat. The building has always been clean, nice and well kept. The caregivers here are sweet as can be to dad.

The housekeeping is great. They do a wonderful job of keeping her room clean. The maintenance staff definitely keeps up with everything that needs to be done there. I think the building is in wonderful shape. I love the nursing staff. They are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable and cared for.

We are very happy with the management team that we have been exposed to and the dining staff are awesome people. There is always an activity going on. The staff here keep the residents active which is nice. Her room is spotless, the maintenance looks great outside and the care staff are excellent with her. She likes to sleep all day and is up all night. She keeps them really busy but they are good with her. The staff is very attentive and keeps us up to date on her care. We are very happy with the community.

The care staff was friendly, they would joke around with my mom and they would talk to her. They were not just there to care for my mom, but to be there for all of her needs.
