Northglenn Heights Assisted Living

It's very much worth the value. It's an excellent place overall. We would recommend it to anybody. Everyone treats us well. They keep their motto, which is 'Keeping Your Golden Years Golden.' The staff are are real caring. They are shorthanded a lot of the time but when they are here, they do lovely. They do what we ask. The building looks excellent. We do the happy hour and that is excellent.

At this point, I would recommend it. Management has been helpful with information and with showing us places and they have followed up. Maintenance has helped and came right away. They are very kind. When I was with her, the meals were wonderful and she had a lot of food

The management is super good to me. The food and housekeeping is also good at the community. Maintenance helped me hang some pictures when I moved in and the care staff is very good.

Dad really likes the food and dining. They are very generous and very accommodating to his needs. In the past the maintenance has always been helpful and willing to do anything that we ask. The care staff are easily accessible. We have changed some of the meds in the last month or so. They have been very helpful with that and they will call me when they need more.

My mom frequently mentions that she's happy living in this community. She likes it. The caretakers all seem to be dedicated. In terms of maintenance, when things have happened, they've addressed them in a timely fashion. The facility is nicely maintained. The housekeeping staff seem to be attentive and seem to do things on a regular basis. With activities, it seems like they have a pretty full schedule. I see that they haev regular bingo and regular exercise classes. They do a good job. When I have eaten there during the holidays, those meals have been very good.

We chose the community for my father because of a friend who had her dad there, and so far, we've been very happy. They have enough healthcare staff for who is there, and the building looks good. The room seems to be picked up by housekeeping services, and I am excited for him to start their exercise activities. He says the food tastes good and he likes the variety on the menu. The management was very kind when I had lots of questions and they answered things, making sure that I understood. It's been long enough to see that people are nice there. All in all, he feels safe and comfortable, and he is doing well at the community.

The dining service, activities, and maintenance are good. We have had something fixed, and maintenance did it overnight. When she needs something, the caregivers are there for her and they respond right away. The value here is good. They have a new manager here who solved a lot of the problems that we had. They are doing a good, caring, and loving job here.

The manager is unbelievable. He's really done an incredible job. Theresa, the nurse there, is outstanding. She's gone above and beyond with my mother. The room seems to be laid out for safety, which is good. It's always nice and clean when I come. Mom loves the food, and she eats well. I know Cody has a large variety of activities. They have trips, bowling, and walks.

The activities staff is organized. They have a flyer that they send out so that the residents can attend the different programs for that week. The transportation is good and consistent. Overall, it is a nice facility.My mom likes the food. I think the price is excellent.

The transportation has really helped my loved one a lot. It works perfectly for him. He is very happy with how maintenance helps him out. It seems like the building and the grounds are all well kept. He enjoys the activities. He loves living there, and I like the facility a lot. I think it's very nice. I think he's very blessed.
